Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

@O2 Unfortunately not otherwise i would have driven the phone back. Went to an 02 store today, they said the mast should be fixed sometime next year, so no urgency i guess. One positive i will never use you again and urge friends and family not to either.
