@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry, that's awful. Having done this when my mum died, I have to say that @O2 was fantastic. The contract wasn't even in her name as I paid for it but they closed the account and wrote off the balance with just one email of the death cert. Such a help.

@O2 this isn’t good enough. I can’t get a useable signal to make calls in the daytime in my own flat in Manchester. I’ve just had to walk to a nearby local park and hang around waiting to receive an important call back. Cause the one bar signal I can get in my flat doesn’t allow

@Kyidarmy @O2 Unfortunately for me EE are terrible around Milton Keynes where the wife works whereas o2 seems to be better. 3 don’t work where I live, the only one I’ve not looked at is Vodafone but last I checked they were expensive and also had crap coverage.

@O2 why is your signal getting worse. It’s been like it for months. I am using an iPhone 12 but indoor and outdoor is absolutely shocking. This was not the case 6ths ago but now is getting to a stage where I look at another provider as soon as my contract is up.

@O2 We ve had to change mobile phones to another provider as the signal is dreadful in Bunbury with #o2 Today the newly installed SMART METER didnt work because it relies on @O2 …. NOT HAPPY. With another signal provider it would work because our mobile signal is GOOD
