    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 @jesshardy20 This was a shitshow app O2 priority kicked me out 4 times as redirected to ticket sales and the Ticketmaster queue froze for over 30 minutes - apparently the Cardiff tickets were gone at 9.03 . @LewisCapaldi managt cancel all tickets that went on resale minutes after selling out

    @O2 having such a bad experience with a new contract. Ported num to o2 3.5 weeks ago and every call showing as no caller ID. Customer service are clueless and just keep telling me to reset settings and it’s a phone issue but the same thing happens when sim is put in a diff phone
