Nasira (@NasiraKasmani) reported from Maidenhead, England@O2 unbelievable service from the #CustomerService agent today, so rude lady called Ambreen kept speaking over me. Unacceptable that staff have the audacity to speak to customers in such a manner and instead of resolving an issue escalate it to another level. Who do I complain to
-
Tim Cawte (@timlimbim) reported from Maidenhead, EnglandWow @O2 honestly cannot believe how poor your service was this evening. Incompetent advisor with seemingly unusable (almost useless) systems. #complaint #poorservice
-

Cupcakejaney (@Cupcakejaney1) reported from High Wycombe, England.@O2 have been logged out of priority app by 9am despite being logged in at 8:45am, have requested a login code via the app 2hrs ago - nothing bar security alert text. Have been an O2 customer for over 10yrs & singularly unimpressed with this “priority Please resolve Thank you
-
Sean Meade (@n1spm) reported from High Wycombe, EnglandFollowing a recent mobile roaming incident (connected to a Bosnian network 4.5km+ from Dubrovnik airport), it did make me wonder why phones don’t have tiered roaming settings e.g. within EY, outside EU etc @Apple @o2 #roaming
-
Debbie Haden (@DebsHaden) reported from Slough, England@O2 I need somebody from your customer services team to contact me straight away! Your website is taking me round in circles and not helping. I should have had my contract cancelled and it hasn’t happened. So still paying out for it. Not happy at the moment.
-
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Haddenham, England@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.
-
Chris Reed (@chris_reed) reported from Hillingdon, England@O2 any Ida how long your site will be down for? I want to get a bolt on that works for Turkey, and I’m just about to take off…any advice?
-
Lordmvarder (@IanBottomer) reported from Aston Clinton, England@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!
-
Nicky Sinclair PGA (@nickysinclair) reported from Windsor, England@O2 why are the iPhone 12 deals better for a new customer than an existing long time o2 user? #absurd
-
💜💚Care Campaign For The Vulnerable💚💜 (@CCTVinCare) reported from Gerrards Cross, England@O2 amazing customer service experience on your 202 called MARCO. 🙏

Jo Meeres (@JoMeeres) reported from High Wycombe, England@lollylaura40 @samantha00861 @O2 Hi, I have same problem sky seem to have the best deal, I really don’t want to leave o2 but I can’t justify paying over £56 a month when sky will do the same for £49 and you can get money back with topcashback
-
Ben (@behu91) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Skylier (@ebamsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.
-
Vinod SK (@vinzthinks) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 It is shameful , utterly irresponsible that UK has one of the worst quality of infrastructure.. across Europe , Asia , it is vastly superior including countries as India where usage is so high ..this has to be priority #1 especially as you throw down the drain money on HS2 etc
-
@WasSamLowryEsq (@WasSamLowryEsq) reported@apsamuelson @TomTugendhat @O2 This would never catch on. Too many vested interests keen to fill the troughs of these scumbags.
-
𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.
-
Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.
-
Slevern (@Slevern00p) reported@O2 I’m having issues with your piss poor app.
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reported@Alicetweets @O2 credits of £165 and £54.42 missing been on hold, cut off through security 5 times since 16.17 today, and it is now 18.14 and told that the credits have been moved, but they can not tell me where, and there is no senior person than the rude and obstructive individual I am talking to, and he has lied to me three times during this call, which is mean to be recorded.
