    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @o2 just had a phone call from 0800 840 0202 and a very rude operative who hung up when I asked what it was regarding. Guessing it’s about an upgrade but this isn’t the way to go about it.

    @O2 disgraceful customer service. My wife and I have both had fraudulent O2 contracts opened in our names. Promised on 8 occasions by clueless CS that the "fraud team" will sort it in 30 days the issue is still unresolved. We now have missed payments from o2 on our credit file.

    @O2 wasted 5 hours of my time trying to upgrade my phone. Couldn’t do it at local store due to system error and now just went to collect an order that hadn’t arrived. You need to revise the emails you send to click and collect customers. Very disappointing service.
