@O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 Nope, wasn’t working even at the stations and they have been lots of stops. It’s very weird because the signal in England and 4G was absolutely shocking but as soon as the train gets towards Scotland, it works fine 🙄

@O2 I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to leave because your tech team can't fix my wifi issues. This is just ridiculous now. I'm surprised the phone hasn't cut out on me yet like the other times I've tried 🙄
