    @O2 Fixed the issue. Turned Volte off, rebooted, turned back on and got wifi calling back :)

    The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 Iโ€™ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances Iโ€™ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and canโ€™t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? Itโ€™s literally everywhere Iโ€™ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It canโ€™t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is โ€˜good mobile coverageโ€™ here for O2 but there is none and hasnโ€™t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    From recent journeys stretching from Edinburgh to Hastings it is clear the @O2 problem is not just in #york The signal strength and reliability is at an all time low. The company is gaslighting customers and I for one have had enough. Switching providers asap.
