    @o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

    2/2 @O2 promise to call you back, but as yet nothing, they promise to escalate to a manager, but surprise they don’t call you back either, their Twitter also ignores your serious concerns.Think seriously before choosing @o2 if there’s an issue THEY don’t seem to care! @VMO2News

    Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    Disappointing poor customer service from @dhlexpressuk who inform me of my parcel delivery at 10.40 this morning then send another message to inform me it will now be 6 days later! #DHL not fit for purpose as a #courier for @O2 as I will now cancel the order

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    @O2 the company that ask you a suitable time that call back, ensure or promise to call you back at that time and you never hear anything until you phone again. 5 times now, getting a bit frustrating to say the least.
