    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

    @O2 Fixed the issue. Turned Volte off, rebooted, turned back on and got wifi calling back :)

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @O2 Any plans on enabling sms over wifi calling? I used to be with @EE and I could call and sms with wifi calling but seems your network only supports calls?

    O2 serious issue…utter mess caused by @O2 has been escalated to complaints and copied to CEO yet all in getting is told to go back to customer care/retentions, which they say is incorrect, via multiple copy and paste AI emails which ignore everything in saying! Help!

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @O2 Reception in our area GL54 is appalling with only an E service available all to often You dismiss our feedback saying there is no problem when clearly there is . Stop ignoring the problem and fix it
