    @_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 stopped my service without telling me, I asked to compensation by an early upgrade by only a week I might add, u kept giving me deals which were out of my price range so I left, the bloke said my contract was up & I could leave & now I'm getting charged for an early exit fee!

    @O2 Is half 9 a peak time too seeing as I still have 1 bar of signal? Has it also been a peak time in Central London for the last 3 years? Appreciate the person on this isn't in charge of the signal, so let me know who and where I can direct 3 years of frustration too.

    @O2 Do you ever answer the phone?! I'm stuck for ever enduring stupid jangles in the 'O2 queue' to which a TalkTalkMobile advisor has consigned me, waiting to give you my PAC & transfer to O2 package I've agreed with him. Surely there's a better way than keeping me on the phone??
