    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    The amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.

    What has happened to you @O2 your customer service levels have dropped through the floor… I’ve had to resort to complaining on social media to get your attention about the sheer lack of basic customer support. I’ve formally complained on your telephone lines (that’s gone nowhere). I’ve sent a private message (I get a robotic response). All I’m trying to do is order additional product, I’ve been a customer for 20 years nearly……. Clearly not for much longer.

    The @O2 and @virginmedia hook is really *NOT* working....😠 Try to login to my account and they say they've sent you a verification email - except it never arrives. And I'm not the only person affected by this. Even an O² shop had problems..... Pull your finger out O²

    @O2 hi I’ve come back from holiday and my phone doesn’t work properly. Popped in to an O2 shop and the rudest lady there ever was just removed my SIM card and said problem solved. Well it’s not and I also don’t want to operate my phone without a SIM in it.
