    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 absolutely appalled by your customer service! And refund that has not arrived after waiting the requested time. Customer service agent was rude at the very end.

    @O2 I've had 0 signal on my phone for the past few days. Checked the self-help guide and done everything I could, the website says the network is busy, yet I cannot receive text messages at all (nor call or use the internet outside of WiFi). Account isn't in arrears either. Help?

    @O2 went to caffe nero, they told me my o2 priority moments code didn't work, went to another caffe nero in Leicester city centre, code worked, something wrong with the till at that Caffe nero, not happy with the service provided, staff should have better training
