@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 Arrived on the 17th. Got the automated SMS saying I could use voice/text/data. Have been able to use calls and SMS. I get a 4G symbol showing I’m connected, but when I open a browser I’m told I’m not connected to a mobile network. On Telus, but same with Bell or Rogers, too

I know that we in London are supposed to be spolied with our mobile coverage. But in central London - I'm on @O2 - it is hard even to get into a website on 4G, i.e when not on wifi. In Paris by contrast, web access and even Twitter is not a problem on 4G.

@O2 that my phone wasn't even blocked and today when we went back to the O2 store for the second time after yesterday we were told to wait 24 hours, and the 24 hour upgrade block was still on! great staff help in the store themselves but disgustingly incapable, unsympathetic+
