    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    @O2 That doesn't help. I've been promised 5 call backs and not 1. I'm so angry with o2. How do I raise a sar request as I have taken this to the ombudsman now.

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    @O2 Just had a message off u guys saying have used all my data this month but mobile data on phone is saying a still have 1gb left.any ideas what’s going on? Also message said unused data gets carried over 2 next month but mine never has & I generally use 3gb less than allowance

    @O2 Listen I have reported all the calls and nothing gets done about it. I've reported several times how utter crap my data services is yet again nothing gets done about it. O2 is starting to really suck! I'm getting sick of the crap data, the crap harassing phone calls.
