    @awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 Been trying to get through to a real person for months. You sent me a Pay As You Go sim card but I cant top it up. Tried everything. My o2 doesnt help. Calling you is hopeless.

    @virginmedia @O2 you’ve told my mum to tell virgin they need to cancel her phone with you as part of her bundle as it’s been over 45dayd and not fit for purpose ! @virginmedia say they can’t do that and hung up on her afters she been on hold for 50 mins .. unfit for purpose

    @O2 To clarify the sim card works with some services but doesn't work with others like not being able to recieve calls from certain networks or any messages.
