@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Being an IT Architect, you could have easily sorted your systems to deal with the peak in demand. Couldn't get logged on, gave up and no doubt the opportunity to get a ticket. Poor show O2!!

@O2 Unbelievable! I’ve been trying to get on the Priority App since 9.30am and have never been able to log in, I kept getting “Time Out” errors and even when I did get to the point of getting a text code to log in, it just threw me out again. I’ve had 36 codes sent and none worked🤬

@O2 I was on the app from 10am and refreshed almost every 5 minutes and never got a hint into the queue.. I got a blank white page all day and now the error message… shambles.. I don’t know one person who got a ticket yet loads are being sold for 5times the amount… so annoyed

@O2 How the hell can you sell out of something which has been impossible to access. The sole reason I am an 02 customer is for 02 priority and this year its got me jack ****. Failed with Sam Fender and now this. I may as well go to ID mobile who's prices are much cheaper.
