    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    Hi @O2 Really poor customer service. Was told in store I could activate a new sim online/ on phone. After much time on hold I now find I can only activate in store. So now I have to find time to travel to the store to get my phone to work. In a heatwave.

    @O2 second day now one of Ur masts aren't working properly, so my internet is not working right....when are you going to get this problem resolved as I'm paying for a service that's not working properly.....do you really take maintenance serious or do you just say maybe later....
