    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 your customer service is a disgrace. All you do is pass the issue from person to person without taking accountability and then you offer a call back within 3 days at a random time. Embarrassing!

    Ok @O2 so far you've not sent me my PAC code by text as requested an hour ago. Then passed from customer services to another department,in hold for over 20 minutes and then cut off! If I hadn't already decided to leave then I definitely do now. Shocking service.
