    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 @allfor1john Glad it's not just us! Awful signal! The amount of times a day my phone blips to tell me I have no network is frankly embarrassing. Missing important calls, never rings, can't send/receive texts. Absolute joke.

    @O2 why I change to O2 I have got not a clue should’ve stuck with my previous provider staff have not got a clue what they’re doing and they turn my services for nothing and then you go to aura on the O2 app what are useless switch it off. How do you supposed to go get help from

    @ReissOmari @q3b @O2 So I found out that o2 and Vodafone work together to build each other’s networks and birmingham is a voda area under the agreement. So basically the o2 network isn’t even maintained by o2 in birmingham it’s Vodafone. I wonder which network they’re going look after the most..

    @O2 I am a Virgin Media customer and I cannot logon to O2 priority. I am getting message "Oops, something went wrong". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but same message. Can you please let me know if there is a way round this?

    @O2 two weeks and I’ll be with O2. I’ve had no trouble with him any other provider I’ve been with there a joke start a joke or a system of the app is a joke switches off at 9 o’clock think you’re stuck
