£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@MartinSLewis I need your help. We switched from @O2 for MSE @lebara deal and hit with £400 bills. I'm worried that and I jumped on the deal without checking terms but o2 didn't flag at cancellation. Would never have switched if I knew. I can't afford this cost so close to Xmas

@O2 Im tired of ur poor service right now. ive been a customer for many years.since BT cellnet. Im paying£38 a monthfor sim onlyand the serviceis reallynot vfm....i can get @lebara for more gb for £5 per month running on Vodafone network which is better than what u offer. 🤔
