    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    @O2 @O2 I've learned my lesson and won't be buying phones direct from you again, though will still use the network. Samsung have improved vastly in their security updates, it's time to step your game up. Over a month (and ongoing) to release a security update is not acceptable imo.

    @O2 The phone has some signal, just doesn't want to call out. I completed the Sim swap using the new sim provided Saturday evening & followed the steps on the phone.

    I am having an absolute nightmare with @ThreeUKSupport since November! Attempted to upgrade, new phone was recalled by three as they were unable to speak to me on my broken phone. Decided to cancel contract and upgrade with @O2 but now three are trying to charge me £700...

    @MissIrvine85 @O2 If you call them on 202 if it's like it was before call option to leave, that gives you more options, most of customer service are at home so bare with them. It will give you an option for its is impossible to do via the app press one. You will get thought to some1 they might 1/2
