@o2 network is non existent in the Clifton village area. Hope this gets sorted soon as this is the 4th day that people at work can’t use their phones properly

Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

Absolute shambles from @O2 with the pre sale of Peter Kay tickets. I managed to get some through gigs & tours but no checks so could have bought them even if I wasn't an O2 customer. Pointless having a pre sale if its open to all #peterkay #O2Priority

20 years with @O2 and this will be my last contract with them come September the staff in the Blackburn store need a lesson in salesmanship when sat in front of a customer looking down at their phone texting is not a great way of convincing people to stay with the network

@Gogger16 @O2 Yeah I’m having similar issue but worse as I’m stuck. They can’t transfer my old esim to my new phone and they can’t activate my physical sim. 2 weeks I’ve been without a sim but paying for their diabolical customer service. I one @O2 cares about helping. Change network.

@O2 OK, just had the worst customer service. Spoke to two people and they had NO CLUE whatsoever. They sounded like children on the phone. Apparently O2 cannot sell me an eSIM at moment due to "issues" and this has been the case for 2 months???

@lemoche_kr @O2 Be careful - @O2 eSIms are NOT working. I can’t use my new phone because of this but they don’t tell you. They can’t transfer esim over to a new phone and then you get stuck so you can’t even activate a physical sim. Shocking customer service better to change companies

@GadenKalel1983 @O2 No one has replied to my message either from @O2 But be careful their eSIms are NOT working at the moment. I’m stuck and can’t use my phone because the new esim has been pending for two weeks and they also can’t activate physical sim so I can’t use anything.
