    @NoServiceHereUK @ranplan @GeospatialC @innovateuk @WarwickEngineer @DigiCatapult @UK_5G There has been no O2 mobile phone signal at the DW Stadium Wigan WN5 0UH for a number of years despite many @o2 customers and match attendees making complaints to the provider. Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    @O2 £38 for an iPhone 7 handset only in store at Bolton. MyO2 offer is £38 phone and handset. I’m disabled & would have liked support face2face but the assistant said they can’t compete with online deals!! That’s ridiculous! @PiratePaul2705

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 No we don’t only have problems on match days as I’ve feed back to you previously. There’s no signal there all the time. You keep asking the same questions and keep telling us you’re working on up dating the mast but nothing changes.

    @O2 A mast has been down in my area since the beginning of April.I get daily updates for ongoing works and the deadline gets further away. This is causing me not to be able to use my mobile data, minutes or texts that I pay for.Will I get a discount due to this until it is fixed?

    So for 3 months I’ve had no service and @O2 say it’s tough luck. They then promise me a discount on my bill even though I HAVE NO SERVICE. They were kind enough to say I can leave my contract early no penalty, only to lie and change their mind 2 hours later! Awful company.

    @O2. your advice to contact the payment management team was ill advised. The tel no you gave me was for customer services although eventually they did put me through to pm team. They cannot help me and have also sent an email to the management escalation team.

    Here you lot. Be careful with @O2 . I was sold a tariff for the boys phone that didn’t exist. “It will say 10gb of data but it’s really 30gb - special deal”.. Only to be told “that’s not true” by another o2 worker. Who diz that??? @O2 do that! Piss poor behaviour
