@O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

@O2 I’m planning to cut my own throat and thereby reducing CO2. Do I win anything? Also turning down my heating so I die of hypothermia and encouraging the elderly to do the same. Use wind energy but only on the day when the wind blows? Did I win anything yet? Sail to America?

@O2 I dm’d yesterday and have had no response. I’m disgusted with the customer service I have received from you. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I’m at my wits end with your company and how they treat their customers. Can someone please respond to my DM asap

@KatitudeUK @O2 I agree. If production of a product creates CO2 and production company offsets this to create net zero effect then they could achieve the same result by closing down their business. If CO2 is an actual concern shouldn't the targets be negative?
