@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

Apparently when @O2 take a direct debit payment as scheduled they dont class that as paying your bill??? No calls or data when the payments were made on the 27th? Getting crappy signal as the ‘mast needs fixing’ hasnt been fixed in the months its been broken and now this *****!
