    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 why every month is there a problem with one or other part of my direct debit...you don’t apply for it then you send me 6 texts and three emails in 48 hours to tell me you are cancelling my agreement and removing my number

    Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    @tframe @O2 They don't want know if your pay as you go they emailed me if I take out direct debit that will fix mast signal. Like how do method of payment affect bad mast. I have cancer I can't use phone to be heard now after buying O2 phone £344 Sept 2001

    @davidjs_uk @O2 Send them a complaint by email keep it when you get deadlock report them to ombudsman. You can email your MP to get them involved and email national and local newspapers. In my case they discriminate me denying voice call because im pay as you go they say go debit they fix it
