  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 can i ask what 4G speed your network should be giving out to the 99% of the UK you advertise.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@atkin_julie @O2 I have had the same issues.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 Done, but I'm not expecting you to tell me there is a problem when this has been like this since I moved to the area 9 month ago

  • grshorwich Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England

@psychomania666 @O2 Brace yourself for a string of promises that will never actually materialise...

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 why am I receiving a text message today telling me you were unable to process my payment? When it was taken yesterday from my bank account!!! It seems to be one thing after another with your service lately!

  • davepakey71 Dave Pakeman (@davepakey71) reported from Burscough, England

@o2 the worst company for customer service

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 No you can't help because you haven't been able to help for the past 6 month whilst I have had this problem

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

  • Treaders1984 Michael Treadwell (@Treaders1984) reported from Penwortham, England

@O2 why is the mobile data signal so poor in Preston and the surrounding areas?!? Got a text to say you were improving the sigbal in our area and ever since its veen worse! #no4gor3g #20GBwasted

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from South Shore, England

@O2 now I know you are lying when you tell me there is nothing wrong with your signal or reception. Stood literally by the side of a mast located from your 'mynetwork' app and its giving me next to nothing. 9 month complaining to you, now I know it's an issue on you

  • grshorwich Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England

@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 Can I not ring? I have messaged on here loads of times in the past and nothing gets done! Plus my partner is having the same issues as me and we are getting sick of paying for a service we are not receiving

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 This has no effect on my issue.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

  • CraigVerity1 Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 please help with sim swap, I have already DM you to help

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Spennie105 Spencer Barfield (@Spennie105) reported from Fleet, England

@AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • UzairPD Smokey (@UzairPD) reported from Leicestershire, England

@O2 internet not working on half the apps wtf

  • peterm4rtin peterm4rtin (@peterm4rtin) reported from Brington, England

Discovered that @O2 has a cunning plan to save the high street, by making its online experience so appallingly awful you have to go to one of its stores. So thanks to in-store team @ Rugby for sorting out my upgrade after 10 days of online frustration. #GreatPeople #CrapSystens

  • richardpeabody Richard Peabody (@richardpeabody) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

  • Holdsworth94 C L H (@Holdsworth94) reported from Bradford, England

@O2 I visited my local o2 store earlier & was given a phone to speak directly to customer services. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to comprehend my issue or concerns. Very unhelpful service & I’m told I’ll have to wait up to 10 working days for a response! Not good enough

  • Spennie105 Spencer Barfield (@Spennie105) reported from Fleet, England

@AskHalifaxBank @O2 are expecting me to chase you for there issues with there software not recognising the online sort code on my account!!

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • DerekMacHale Derek Myles MacHale (@DerekMacHale) reported from Magherafelt, Northern Ireland

Genuinely the single worst example(s) of horrific customer service I've EVER encountered by @O2 #O2 15 years with them and not a single shred of respect for their customers! Not to mention the lies from their staff! #cx #CustomerService #nonexistent #thieves

  • iLloyd_Sa لويد سا (@iLloyd_Sa) reported from Hammersmith, England

@o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.
