Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

Please don't insult me with one of your pre-prepared messages saying you're busier than usual. If you don't allow customers to cancel then you're in breach of the contract.

Vicky Ash (@Victoria_Ash_) reported@O2 That's not the issue, the issue is getting fobbed off no matter what number I press in the options or what I say to the automated voice. I got nowhere! Unless you go through the fraud team which I had too in the end after trying for 4 hrs! Not good customer service at all!
