@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

@O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@O2 I'm using a galaxy s22+. I took the watch to my nearest store and despite a SIM swap the watch definitely didn't perform the ability to make phone calls. It said emergency calls only. The staff confirmed that this is a known issue. Nothing we did resolved this problem

@o2 @TSScot It's been 6 days since my tweet and only Samsung have DM'd me about this issue. Fact of the matter is that O2 & Samsung are mis-selling the Galaxy Watch 5, O2 even charging for function that simply don't work even Samsung has admitted this!

@virginmedia @O2 I’m told to go through a complaints procedure which is probably as rubbish as Virgin media’s call centre. I don’t want to waste time complaining want my virgin media installed and I’m told now the 5th Jan , get me an emergency engineer then and sort it today.
