@MockySmells @O2 i’ve had the same issue. i spoke to o2 customer services and they said it’s an internal issue they’ve got at o2 with current PAC codes and not being able release numbers. they said they’re fixing the issue and will let customers know. could be days :/

@O2 This is constant, and I’ve already experienced poor service from o2 when I was claiming on my insurance for a damaged phone back in December ‘22. Not good when I work full time, have 2 wee ones (one with complex needs) and can’t be glued to my phone “on hold” Needs sorting.
