    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 I joined o2 mobile as part of contract with Virgin Media on 8/3/22 has a few problems now even more. Even with wifi calling my signal keeps dropping out incoming calls can’t hear me and cut people off. I’m thinking of cancelling both contract within 14 days any suggestions.

    @O2 Calls fail immediately. No 4G sign. This error appeared sometime after returning from a hospital appointment yesterday. I phoned my dad on the way out. It was fine then. Having communication lines affected is a serious issue due to higher risk of needing emergency contact.

    @O2 hey my O2 account was scammed in Feb and reported to customer services 27th Feb and I follows up my complaint last week only to be told I have to wait for investigation team to contact me - today over £500 taken in monthly charges from my account !!!
