Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

-
Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
-
Fiona Mountford (@FionaLondonarts) reported@O2 SIX DAYS for a reply to my messsage! I do feel valued as a customer... This simply confirms my decision to leave O2 for a proper grown-up network. Woeful service all round.

Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.
