@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.
-
Craig Verity MIH MBII (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England
The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from South Shore, England
@O2 now I know you are lying when you tell me there is nothing wrong with your signal or reception. Stood literally by the side of a mast located from your 'mynetwork' app and its giving me next to nothing. 9 month complaining to you, now I know it's an issue on you
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England
After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England
@O2 Done, but I'm not expecting you to tell me there is a problem when this has been like this since I moved to the area 9 month ago
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England
I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

@O2 Thankfully Lewis at your Meadowhall store sorted everything in about 20 minutes instead of the hours I’d wasted on the phone. Face to face service is poles apart from your telephone offering

@EnglandRugby @JoeMarchant96 @O2 Poor from whoever rushed up in the defensive line when it was set to drift.

Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.
-
aaarron🐻❄️ (@blackstarz90) reported
@O2 Finally got through on the app. They’re sending me out a new SIM card. Let’s see if that makes any difference to my awful network coverage 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
-
Citizens of Suburbia (@CitizenSuburbia) reported
@LwtEmmaBird @CharlotteCGill @O2 Poor reception is the network's fault. They have not installed a BTS close enough to the building to provide proper indoor coverage.
