@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

@O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

@O2 I just tried this and it was taking me to the app so I copied & pasted into Google, signed on,put the security code in and it then took me to the app again however this time it let me access the sale so I really have no idea what the issue was but thanks for your help resolving
