Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

@O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

@O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

@O2 Absolutely awful service from O2. Ordered a phone on the 29th November. Had the wrong phone delivered. Sent it back via their returns process, organised by O2. The phone was delivered back to O2 by Royal Mail on the 6th December. Yet I am still without a phone, O2 won't help!

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?
