    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    @O2 Can somebody help me I’m trying to get a live chat up and nothing is working! My phone won’t make any calls it’s just silent when it rings and it’s the same when somebody tries ringing me !!!

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    @O2 have quite possibly the worst customer service team that I have ever encountered! Imagine offering an upgrade - but now apparently my number doesn’t exist on the o2 system - guess I won’t bother to pay my phone bill then 🙃

    @O2 Calling the customer service and the automated system just says bye and hangs up, had my s20 replaced with a s20FE which I don't mind but will there be a reduction to my bill with this being a cheaper handset?

    @O2 Have to be the worst company to deal with. Ended my contract 23/10/20 and still having to contact them weekly! About issues they have made. Sold me an out of stock phone, cancelled the contact on the same day and they’ve tried to take the £1,125 which was stopped

    I almost welled up telling the lovely @O2 lady I was leaving her network...it's only been 24 years, but it's prob time I moved on to a new provider. It's not you, it's me.
