The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

@O2 When you move house and the signal is so bad, you report it to @O2 and they say no issues found, my data is so slow and sometimes call aren't the best, from 5G to what's supposed to be 4G more like dial up... this is the same for @JadeMarieCarr

@O2 I was just on hold for 15 mins and then cut off. A customer of yours has an account still linked to my address and they moved out in July 2020. This needs to be fixed asap.
