I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

@O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

@O2 I had a text in January saying you are sending me a new sim at the end of January as my current one would not work after 1 April because of changes to your network. Was this text genuine? If so I have not received it yet, is there a delay.

Imagine buying and paying for an Apple Watch for them to not even send it to you a week later @O2 customer services just saying they’ll look into it.. what a terrible network 😴

@mr_numbers @RachaelDunlop @O2 Cloning a SIM is not easily done. But not impossible. I have read of examples where provider outlets do not do adequate security checks and authorise the issue of a second SIM to a fraudulent applicant. Generally you would "spot" other symptoms - like breaks in your service.

@DublinWriter @O2 Also, you have to give permission from your phone to allow your other apple devices to handle messaging. So, no, someone can't send messages from their mac if they have your phone number or your iCloud sign in.
