Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.
