    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    @o2 network is non existent in the Clifton village area. Hope this gets sorted soon as this is the 4th day that people at work can’t use their phones properly

    The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

    @O2 why am I receiving a text message today telling me you were unable to process my payment? When it was taken yesterday from my bank account!!! It seems to be one thing after another with your service lately!

    @psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

    Only me would buy a new sim for a network provider who doesn’t seem to have signal in my house 🙈 @O2 doesn’t seem to do rural addresses 🌱

    Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

    @O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

    @O2 If the sites down how tickets already on resale over £250 Another example of f@ck the public & as long as we get our money who cares who buys them, ordinary punters or touts Disgraceful, @peterkay_co_uk should step in seeing as the strapline is low prices in these difficult times

    @O2 Thank you for getting back to me. After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    My coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage
