    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    @O2 Can I not ring? I have messaged on here loads of times in the past and nothing gets done! Plus my partner is having the same issues as me and we are getting sick of paying for a service we are not receiving

    Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    @O2 @DaveEdmunds01 You guys need to do better,I tried the upgrade way and it worked and the lady on the other end promised to put me through to the right department only to hang up on me

    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    @O2 Your service is rubbish. Tried calling but can't get through u less I'm reporting a fraud or lost or stolen phone. Someone please answer!!! I'm getting sick of your rubbish service!!!

    @BBCWatchdog please please can you help my dad a cancer patient is having an absolute nightmare with @O2 Sending debt recovery letters for a contract he never had despite saying it was cancelled twice once again hes got a threatening letter and they wont help #badcustomerservice

    Hey @O2, thanks for the email about increasing your prices… Tell me this… why can I get a 5g signal under the River Tyne, but I can’t get a decent 4g signal in a well populated area where I live? Increasing your prices but your coverage gets worse.. makes sense doesn’t it…

    O2 mobile coverage down since last Friday. Can't do anything about it. Just says they're 'working on it'. No update. Still taking my money though. The reality of dealing with huge businesses that are completely detached from their customers @O2

    @virginmedia @O2 I've finally got through to someone at O2. Trying to stop O2 and Virgin harrasment of my elderly mother over a dodgy add on to a broadband contract of an unwanted and never received O2 sim bundled in to the contract sneakily
