    @O2 If the sites down how tickets already on resale over £250 Another example of f@ck the public & as long as we get our money who cares who buys them, ordinary punters or touts Disgraceful, @peterkay_co_uk should step in seeing as the strapline is low prices in these difficult times

    Only me would buy a new sim for a network provider who doesn’t seem to have signal in my house 🙈 @O2 doesn’t seem to do rural addresses 🌱

    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    @psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

    @o2 network is non existent in the Clifton village area. Hope this gets sorted soon as this is the 4th day that people at work can’t use their phones properly

    Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

    @O2 Your service is rubbish. Tried calling but can't get through u less I'm reporting a fraud or lost or stolen phone. Someone please answer!!! I'm getting sick of your rubbish service!!!

    @O2 Can I not ring? I have messaged on here loads of times in the past and nothing gets done! Plus my partner is having the same issues as me and we are getting sick of paying for a service we are not receiving

    After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

    @O2 Your always sorry but nothing actually ever gets done about it. Just fob me off saying "well at time of point of sale, you will have signed to understand". I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

    Entering 4th day or waiting for @O2 to sort the urgent issue I have. Their unhelpful team message me at 7pm last night asking for the code so they can access my account…… the code was sent to them 9AM yday morning. Sums them up. Useless and a disgrace

    @O2 a week on after complaining and my complaint marked as resolved I still can not phone customer care on any of the numbers and you are now telling me I have used all of my unlimited data plan is less than 3 days 🤬🤬🤬

    @1stSimona @O2 Signal is so bad with them I couldn’t access any of my apps to charge my car last weekend! My husband however on Vodafone was fine. Thank god he was with me or I’d have been stuck! Sort it out o2!!

    @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

    Hey @o2, specifically #o2priority when you do a presale, app sends me to #Ticketmaster. When I'm there Ticketmaster sends me back to the Priority app to get tickets. I mean talk about keeping an idiot busy here but this does not get me tickets to BICEP. FML
