I have already persuaded my whole family to go to a different network one of your competitors, and I will tell more people.

Mark (@_notnehs) reported from Blackpool, England@bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage

Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.

Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
