-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, EnglandI have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 Can I not ring? I have messaged on here loads of times in the past and nothing gets done! Plus my partner is having the same issues as me and we are getting sick of paying for a service we are not receiving

Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 why am I receiving a text message today telling me you were unable to process my payment? When it was taken yesterday from my bank account!!! It seems to be one thing after another with your service lately!
-
Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.
-
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England@O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

-
Nick Cunningham (@R1verRat) reported@1stSimona @O2 @o2 Customer service has gone downhill fast since merger too. Can't do so many things in app so have to call or webchat. CS agents seem to be there purely to keep you in a loop.
-
Simona Valentina (@1stSimona) reported@amy_jo_23 @O2 Yes, I noticed that too… the signal is not what used to be
-
𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖉 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍 🏴🇬🇧 (@BritsB4Boats) reportedI strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already
-
Keith Shilling (@cuba757) reported@O2 @1stSimona I’m having similar problems. It used to be so user friendly but no more…. Sort it out O2…
