Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.
