    @ifrha3 @O2 I wouldn’t be surprised that it’s somebody working for @O2 who’s doing this, as they are a complete scam! They’ve barred me from making calls and whenever I’m trying to call them from another line, they hanging up! The worst part is, I’m abroad!!

    I rang @O2 because my bill has been paid but my phone has been disconnected (the deal with that mate) and the woman who I spoke to was so god damn helpful, she was lovely! I can’t remember her name and that’s annoying, but I hope you have a great day!

    @lauratatam29 @O2 That’s all they do! They lie and lie and tell you one thing and then theyll tell you to wait for 24 hours and then it still wont work! And then their customer service will hang up on you! I’d advise you to join Vodafone or EE
