@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@O2 taking 3 days to port a number for a straight o2 to o2 swap. Keep being told 24 hours, now to wait longer. Nobody seems to have a clue. Can someone help? Not good enough and being fobbed off.

@o2 returning an o2 device plan is impossible you are continuing to take money off me after I’ve sent the headphones back. This is shocking and customer service don’t seem to be able to fix this is 2021 how can you not refund somebody and cancel a device plan. Huge complaint here

Looks like @O2 is a bit broken in BS34 8SP- normally 4G but only getting H+ signal!
