    Atrocious service from @O2 . They took my local mast down so the internet I needed for my business stopped working overnight. But apparently I still have to pay for the next 30 days even though they’re not providing me with the service I’m paying for.

    @O2 I get multiple phone calls from O2 every week, and I think most of them are scams. Made me so suspicious I think I even put the phone down on a real person who actually works at O2.

    @O2 @debs_black My wife has had the same issues Debbie she has got through after waiting an hour twice only to be cut off by signal or by an operator. What’s going on @O2 weren’t you supposed to be one of the best. My wife took 3 days to get set up and has now had her phone cut out regular

    @O2 good evening 02, I'm wondering if you could help, I still have around 9 months contract with you, but my phone is super slow, some apps barely load, I get messaged several days later, and it's all round lagging on every app. I've had it looked at, and it's not improved?
