    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    Been trying for weeks to update card on auto top up on @o2 It is not working I’ve deleted completely and tried a new card on the app on safari and on a laptop and it doesn’t work customer service is hopeless 😩

    @O2 worst customer service, told info back in July to be told today it’s incorrect. Then when I questioned this with your live service agent they ended the conversation… rude!!!

    @O2 have now been unable to port my number for 6 days! No escalation has occurred, and customer service is no existent. Ofcom regulations state a number must be ported within 1 day. #CustomerService #O2

    @O2 The later postcodes are home and we have been told that the Berkely building has affected service but nothing appears to be done, just constantly getting worse.
