@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@o2 is by far the worst network in Cornwall. Awful coverage. Internet is so slow it doesn't work. Vodafone and EE are fine though. Starting to regret changing networks

@O2 No it just never works this has been going on for years, your price keeps increasing and there are no improvements. This is woeful and your customer service is ridiculous. Your competitors are miles ahead of you, it’s a real shame because you can’t even manage a quality service.
