Mark Butterfield (@MarkBut64040622) reported@O2 I have been o2 customer since 2018, due to the mid contract increases, I will not renew my contract and will either switch to Sky or Tesco mobile. Both of these companies don't increase their prices mid contract. I recommend current and potential o2 customers to avoid o2.

Then was told they couldn't activate it online/in the store/on the phone - so I was told by your rep they needed to send me a physical sim as a step in the solution.

David T Kinnear (@dkinnear) reported@O2 So they sent me a physical sim for the number - then everything went silent. There was no further communication and there are no instructions for installing or activating it. I went to the Oxford Circus store - they couldn't help.
