£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 The only order number I have is the Virgin Media one and when I phoned your customer service department with that after a 40 minute queue, I was told very rudely that nothing could be done with it and it was Virgin's problem.

@O2 I still haven’t got access to my O2 account after more than 48 hours. I ordered an iPad on the 24th Nov and still have nothing on my online account and the app says my whole account isn’t accessible, even after you have took the down payment from my bank? Please help

@O2 What happens exactly when you try to use your services? - When I try and ring a number (0300) one, it gives like a "busy" signal, I've tried several times including your 0344 helpline, same result. When I dial a normal number, it seems to be working. 1/
