@O2 I have recently taken out a contract and paid extra for more GB of data as I stream a lot. The problem is I'm not getting the speeds I require. Even sending this tweet has been a struggle. I have a 5g phone but mostly on H and H+. Can you look in to this please? EE is better.

@O2 I’ve been having an issue for a week now because I cannot see any incoming calls numbers as they are showing as unknown because there’s something wrong with my settings on my O2 account and now I’ve got no signal. I am absolutely annoyed !!! you need to fix this ASAP!!!
