    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @O2 Have advise them by email I wish to cancel my order but had no reply email service is so so bad and I have raised i dissatisfaction because of it and asked for somebody to email me a manager I will be in touch ofcom and the ombudsman your service is disgraceful

    I will never use @o2 insurance again after this. My friend told me about another company that are way better. It's so stressful having your phone stolen, then having to prove you was at work where the phone was stolen 🙄 if it got stolen walking my dog, how the hell would I prove

    @virginmedia can I have someone contact me? I have had a phone call which was telling me information about my contract and promotional offer and a sim card. Yet your customer service chat says no such thing happened. Was this Virgin or @O2 ?

    I am furious with @O2 - you cut me and all four family phones off last night with no warning due to "unusual usage", yes we were in the US and I told you at the beginning of the holiday and raised the price cap accordingly! How dare you demand £218 immediately to restore service.
