£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@O2 your advisers on the phone are an absolute joke and terrible service! How many people do I need to speak to to get a PAC code it’s a simple request. And don’t tell me to text for it because I have multiple numbers so need to ring and getting passed about departments!

I am so disappointed with your service, @O2. We are not a large company so it won’t affect you much, but you can be sure contracts with your service will not be renewed. Waste of time and total lack of flexibility for something that I’m pretty sure should be straightforward.

Really disappointed by @O2 customer service. Being lied to on the online chat service, then when I called up and queued for over 40 minutes to speak to someone was told I'd be called back by a colleague within 10 minutes... That was over 90 minutes ago.

@O2 I have sent a DM I’ve been trying to get help on WhatsApp and still no further in getting help or sorted. Might be better then if we go with the Vodafone deal we’ve been offered instead.

@choccieclare @O2 Now that I am part-time I have been changing things to save money. I was O2 and found that same problem. I changed to BT sim only as I have an iPhone 6 which does everything I need it to. My sim is £10 with 40GB data. Unlimited phone calls/texts etc...
