@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@O2 @sarahsuttonx Same thing happened to me, as soon as 2pm hit I get an error screen (3 weeks in a row now) looks like a wider issue. They’re ‘sold out’ within a minute. Something isn’t right here…used to be a solid use of priority back when it was Sunday or Monday tickets. Fix it?

Turns out, yes, roam free ends. Unless you're with @O2. There are other great developments, too: 36-month long contracts on new phones 😳 Have they become sturdier all of the sudden or am I exceptionally clumsy? Mine never last longer than 24 months and usually last less 🙄

@O2 do you fancy giving me an update on my new Apple IPhone Pro Max I’ve been waiting almost a month for? :) delivery estimate was up to 4 weeks.. I’ve tried to message customer support and the chat is closed. Your really going to have to compensate people because this is awful!

@O2 Long-term customer for 15 years with multiple open accounts/numbers with you but I find myself unable to turn off age restriction/content filters without a credit card (I don't have this). Your website says I can go into a store with photo ID - surely this isn't necessary?!
