£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 Thanks just found the network checker as friend pointed me that way. It does say there is a network issue so suppose that is why struggled to make calls for days. What it doesn't give is an estimate when it will be looked at - any way to find that information out? Thanks
