    Hi @O2 I have no signal over 24hrs after completing swap my sim. Trying to contact you on the app but saying you are busy already. Can you help please? I have a 3month old baby and my phone is my only means of contact. Therefore no signal is not ideal. TIA

    @O2 Still the same, i’ve turned the phone off and back on numerous times now. I’ll DM you this needs sorting there is clearly an issue with people porting into O2 as you can see from your open forums, not good enough.
