    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @O2 @O2 I have had the most appalling service from your alleged cust serv! Your CS is argumentative and very unfriendly. I have been waiting for a refund for a service I cancelled but am told I won't get two of those months back. Approx 6mnths this has been ongoing -:4984077

    @O2 Problem is, I can only top up £10 min, so as soon as I do, it will disappear before the big bundle renews. Can't you disable data on your end?
