@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@O2 Recycle is such a scam. They valued my phone at £200.. and now its valued at £40 because of "screen damage' which is utter rubbish. I can confirm it was delivered in a good condition and I have photos. Complaints are ignored. I read the forums and I am not the only one. Avoid

@O2 set up a new SIM only to link with my VM account on Thursday. You've mailed me to say it's on way, but when I follow link or try logging into my o2 nothing. I will cancel if I can't access my account. Please advise

@O2 the past 24 hours i have nothing but data problems, last month i upgraded to a new phone as i was told my previous phone was faulty and but its exactly the same issue with low signals since may last year but as always i am told that there are no issues your end, its a joke

Move to @O2 they said. Missed out on my employee discount due to their incompetence- I’m the one who is penalised. I thought Vodafone were bad 🤬
