    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 My mum and brothers phones aren’t working due to an o2 issue at your end with their system, this is not relating to network it’s a problem with the set up of their devices. I spoke to the call handler he said he’d book time off to check this due to the complex nature

    @O2 Nothing shows in the bolt on section of the app either. 👎🏼 I spent 45 mins on the phone with O2 (upgrades and customer services) on Weds evening and they said it wasn’t showing on my account. I was told I’d get a call back yesterday but never got one. 😒

    @O2 are an absolute joke, 30 minutes into the phone call, first person passed me onto the next person with no handover of the reason for my call, 2nd person also can’t help so now on hold for the 3rd person?! Shocking service over this past week..maybe time for a change?!
