    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @O2 I'm having issues with my phone (samsung s21). A few apps aren't working, I have cleaned them. But nothing, I can't switch my phone off to restart it. I didn't receive txt message till this morning 1 was important. I had it near a year (In Jan) something not right with it

    @tescomobile @O2 keep promising a fix, but the fix doesn't happen. I know Tesco rely on O2 masts, as a couple of other networks do, and it's not helping these networks when the mast owner (O2) won't get the mast fixed. It's affecting a variety of networks in my area sadly.

    Was looking at a Pixel 7 on @O2 .. Turn out they want 40% more per month for the "Air Time" part of their contract than what im paying now, same data etc £14 a month vs my £10.. Well played O2 no sale for you! #fail
