    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

Young’s shouldn’t be near the squad now let alone 15 - quirke should be on the bench... his box kicking is awful, as is his passion - so slow. Dombrandt and Simmonds are class so doesn’t matter which way around they are. Ewells k but we’re short

    @O2 as a customer of over 15 years the service I have received this morning and over the past 4 weeks is awful. This morning alone I have been on the phone for over an hour and still don’t have any answers.

    @virginmedia @O2 I wouldn't bother, I'm about to cancel all Virgin Media products as Virgin Media has failed to provide a satisfactory service on my Mobile Account, I've had enough, for weeks I've been unable to call or text out from my number,VM know this, fault not fixed
