£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@Zenith_UK @O2 @EE I used to be on 02. Got bored of never being able to use my phone outside of my house because of no signal. My phone became literally pointless. EE all the way. At least my phone is useable now

@Supersi1 @O2 🔔🔚s recently took changed my Virgin contract it now includes an O2 sim they cocked it up suprise suprise, so I had to cancel the original incorrect contract and take another one, they then debited my account £25 I contacted them and they admitted in had been taken in error

@Miss_S_Primary6 @O2 That’s what I’ll be asking for - to exit the contract with no repercussion. Rumour is they’ve taken the mast down to convince our council to give them the new mast spot they want…so unlikely to be resolved anytime soon! Hope yours is sorted soon too!
