    Only me would buy a new sim for a network provider who doesn’t seem to have signal in my house 🙈 @O2 doesn’t seem to do rural addresses 🌱

    Wow @o2 customer services just dumping calls saying ‘we have technical problems’ then just hang up. I think there are some major issues at o2 as services have been degrading for some time. (About 2 years).

    @O2 it’s been a month now with no signal in Walmley - and we can’t use our phones to shop in Asda Minworth as we normally would. Good job for wifi at home but it’s a massive nuisance with no end in sight 😢😢😢

    @O2 I learned in September how you treat your customers, making offers and then refusing to honour them. Despite ample opportunity you refused to honour your offer. So this week I became an ex o2 customer and couldn’t be happier.

    @O2 why do you charge more for AIRTIME when you choose a larger storage device ? £22 for 64GB iPhone 12 mini and then £26 for a 256 version ?? 202 couldn’t help and Customer service just dumps the call - this increase also applies to Android phones too…

    @O2 hi all. We have had a mast down in our area for ages now. Signal is really bad and I’ve gotten to the end my my patience with it now. Can you give me an update on when it will be replaced.

    @O2 Also, wth is up with the crap service in Portsmouth? Texts barely getting through. Customers unable to send texts and 3G or worse in most of the city. Plus that automated useless rubbish on your phone line 202
