@O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

@O2 No they did not when I called o2 they just told me that the whole thing would be cancelled. So I just went to a store and had to opt for an alternative way. I’m very disappointed with your services. But I’m happy with the help I got at the o2 store in Oxford Circus.

@O2 It's been a week since I first tried to upgrade and every promise to resolve technical issue hasn't happened. I need to know who I can speak to. Not the upgrade department. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone. Customer for 15 years.

At the local Co-op they say they've been selling lots of SIM cards, as everyone on @O2's network (directly or indirectly) can't get signal, yet O2 is so rubbish they don't even seem aware of it!

Seriously stay away from @O2 spent 5 hours in total on the phone to “customer service” and my problem still hasn’t been solved. One agent even hung up on me.
