£339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

@O2 i love how you can be a loyal customer for over 20 years but when things get hard there NO help for customers after being transferred 3 times my mum who is a pensioner was basically told jog on !!!! lovely 👍🏽

@O2 Shocking service for last 2 months. Your ‘advisor’ said there was nothing up however, my local shop says different, say you’re working on masts over the north west. Just been into the Apple Store to make sure it wasn’t my phone and they said they have been inundated with o2 fault
