  @O2 worse experience ever!! Will a manager Just call me back... I have requested several call backs from a manager since the 27th November and guess what... No manager has bother called me! I am very unhappy as my issue has still not been resolved and it’s been going on too long

  @O2 mobile data connection has completely stopped for internet searching / websites. WiFi is intermittent. Apps well Facebook updates can anyone help? Moto g 5g plus. No support at all going through website. Thank you Sarah

  @O2 I have no ability to cancel it through the my extras its a minimum term till june! Bit annoyed as i never opted for this to be added so why has this happened? Whats the best number to call as chat isn’t available it seems

  @O2 @lisaworcester14 Same thing is happening to me. No matter what options I select I end hearing “Thank you for calling O2. Goodbye” and then the call disconnects. Has happened for two days. Very frustrating! Hope they sort out their systems and help us.
