@O2 How can you say this? Your website and you app has been broken all day! Non of you customers were successful in getting tickets through O2 Priority so how can you say "we've sold out of our Priority Tickets". Many did find a way to by-pass you and go straight to Gigs and Tours.

@O2 Surely even an idiot would have anticipated the demand on these and prep work would have been taken for the website not to crash.And seeing Peter is doing a residency at the O2 arena, should O2 customers have an extra chance to get the tickets seeing they’ve been waiting all day?

@juleslh87 @O2 Safe to say when my contract is up I’ll try a different provider. I appreciate it was unprecedented demand, but not to have for seen and been prepared for it is just stupid.
