    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 It was just weird, I never had any call from o2 since I went sim only about upgrade and he asks me if I got it from carphone warehouse. It might be genuine as you say it was just odd to me that he 1) didn't know what phone I had 2) where I got it and 3) how long I had it for

    @O2 are there any new issues with iPhone SE and the O2 network (incl giffgaff)? It was working fine last week but now shows no signal (3 diff sims tried - 1 x O2, 2 x giffgaff) and sims work OK if moved to a different phone

    @O2 I was expecting it to arrive on Friday & meant to be away from home from Monday, wanted it with me. I’ve no idea if it will be or not. If I ordered from other places, I’d have some clue, as opposed to yourselves. Surely there should be something better, for the customer journey?

    @O2 3 calls to you to buy a@£1200 iPad. For a customer with 5 accounts and trying to get a good deal, you certainly take the piss. Cut off once, put on hold for 30 minutes second time and messed about the third. Think its time to move all my business. #o2
