    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @SkyHelpTeam @erawnomiS I think the big issue is, especially in Boroughbridge, @o2 also seem to have issues with the 4G service as it’s extremely flakey, so lots of sky mobile, O2 and Tesco customers can’t fall back to cellular service either. Mine fades in and out. Long periods of no data.

    @O2 imagine chasing a complaint regarding illegal collections activity against a bankrupt person for a year despite being assured it was resolved. Imagine spending 2 hours on the phone yesterday and refused a manager live. (1/4)

    @O2 called yesterday because my bill was overdue, told customer service I will be paying it tomorrow when I get paid and not to switch it off as I need it for work, was told that was fine and it would be left on, woke up thismorning and it’s off😡nice 1 o2.

    I've spent an hour on the phone to @O2 trying to cancel a contract and keep getting disconnected/sent back to the main menu. Just found out instead of cancelling my contract they've set up a new one and I've been disconnected again. Worst customer service I've had.

    @O2 Unfortunately as both phones are down she has no internet. I have managed to raise the issue via web chat. The issue seems to be that the transferral of her old number to the new phone has got stuck. I was told the issue will be passed to the tech. Dept. Do they operate on Sunday

    @O2 upgraded my tariff yesterday and I’ve meant to receive Disney+ subscription free for 6months. Link on myO2 app doesn’t work. I have spent all day talking to various O2 representatives and still no one has helped. Looking a Twitter I’m not the only one! Can someone plz help?

    Hi @O2. If you received a notification that a sound was played from my phone, please don’t worry. I was just testing out the Find My app on my iPhone, as I’ve never used it before, so I just wanted to check it out and see how it worked. Thank you and sorry. :)
