@o2 #o2data what is the point of having 120GB DATA allowance if I can’t get enough data to even perform a data speed check let alone use it for streaming music or Netflix?? Registered an issue with the local tower 5 days or more ago now no update.

@O2 I'm currently in Greece and the roaming provider @COSMOTE supposed to provide connection. The only thing I receive is no signal or fake 4g without or with very limited speed. It is supposed that I'm paying my contract and I should offered the same functions as in the UK.

@O2 No I just went in to get a SIM card but was told they don’t just have sim cards anymore if have to purchase a bundle or add the SIM card package to my own PAY monthly account I don’t realize that 02 only offer bundles with £10 monthly subscription, I’ll try another network NP

I have an @O2 Samsung phone. I leave it on mobile data and WiFi all the time. If I am not in a WiFi area then I struggle to do anything on the phone. It has always been this way. Why is this? Is the @O2 network just bloody shite? 🤔🤬

@O2 Its low and intermittent but making a phone call is difficult as its breaking up and distorted, moving around a mile and the signal improves

@O2 any known issues with top-ups? Didn't go through within app or on the website without login. Daughters phone, top up from parent debit card. Bank says no blocks in their side.

@O2 Hi, your business site has old details about year of Apple TV+ offer. It’s now only 3 months however when I signed up the customer advisor on the phone said it was valid for a year. Also the offer is only for new subscribers.

@O2 can someone help. Iv had my services cut off despite not being in any sort of arrears. I always pay my bills on time at the end of each month. Iv just received this months bill today. Noone is getting back to me on the app
