I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 when I took out my new phone contact few weeks ago, I chose my 6 months free @disneyplus (just within the 30 days I had to decide which to choose) as my “reward” - but I can’t find ANY means of activating it... Can you help please?

@O2 I’m currently having issues with receiving text messages on my iPhone 13. I can receive them and make calls fine, it’s just receiving SMS. Is there a known issue?

@O2 you seriously need to get people who don’t just hang up instead of taking a call! 20 minutes on hold someone picks phone up.. I say hello and they hang up so back in the Que I have to go! Ridiculous. everytime I call not just a one off!
