    @JordKnowles @O2 Damn that sucks. The website still, as of now, lists the silver as "In Stock" and available for next day delivery. I almost immediately got the "not in stock" email after everything was confirmed on the website. Fun times.

    @NeilDance @O2 Na no such luck. O2 are as tight as arseholes. I only went with them because I new I could get a signal at home. I didn’t realise Sky could too

    Received message from @EE to upgrade. Phoned and told I was exempt from any deals, plans available over my budget, plus wanted upgrade fee. I think it's time for a new provider @O2 @VodafoneUK, hopefully you will treat customers with over 10 year service better!

    @o2, my first message to you was 2.30 yesterday afternoon. You took 20 hours to reply to that. Looks like it's going to be another 24 hours before you reply again... God forbid I had an urgent problem. 🙄

    @O2 Very unhappy that after an hour of being run round in circles, I can't get any help with a recent order through your phone line or on the website. Would call the customer service terrible but non-existent is more accurate.
