    @iandicko73 @O2 They all need to invest heavily in their delivery systems - they overcharge us for a service that only works 50% of the time - if that. It’s an insult to Trade Descriptions to call them ‘smart’ phones. Rip off phones would be more accurate 😡😡

    @O2 The issues are that agents hang up and que jump which should be monitored and as I have 20 years customer service i know what wue jumping is.

    why is there poor network in Llandudno. There is no signal on the high street for Internet and often cant make a call. I stay loyal to O2 but will have to think of looking elsewhere its not rural it is a busy seaside resort and I am sure I am not the first to complain @o2 #o2

    @EleanorRylance @O2 It's the choice of the network. I'm currently with Tesco mobile, who've told me, I will still be able to use my phone nothing has changed, that I won't be changed. I have a trip planned in the next few weeks. If I'm charged I'm going back to 3, who definitely don't.

    @Sarac2404 @O2 Very true! The network is awful around there and also on o2. Go in to M&S and it is a black hole

    @O2 That does not help I’ve been with O2 for may years and trying to get a signal in some areas is far worse
