absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

@O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

@O2 IPhone may be lightening fast. O2 4G not. Our business got between 5-10 Mbps down and 10~18 mbps Up regularly. Now despite 5 bars on modem lucky if we get 2-3 Mbps Down whilst up does better. O2 - you have oversold service or you have a faulty mast. Complained. Still waiting.

@O2 I have to give DPD 5 working days to look for it and if they can't find it a replacement will be sent. Very disappointing service from DPD and as I leave the country on 29th, it doesn't look like I will have my phone before

@O2 Payments are up to date, it’s just cutting off completely no dial tone or anything .. signal and 4g showing as normal so don’t understand what’s happening with it

Changed from EE to o2 because EE couldn't do a new deal on my s21 Ultra. Going with o2 was the biggest mistake ever....the signal coverage is shocking its so bad!! EE is far better but what can I do 😭 @o2 @EE

Hello @O2. Is there a way I can find out if my phone is unlocked without using a SIM as I don't have access to one with credit. It had a giff gaff SIM but your network supports them anyway. I have the IMEI number.
