absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

Oh dear @O2 . Sitting in a café in the city centre of Cardiff. Barely a signal. @EE however, not only a signal but 125x + the speed on 4g alone. Please O2, stop saying "network is busy". Please stop saying "use WiFi calling". We don't pay for that. 1/2

@O2 Hey there! Can you tell me why your service is consistently woeful in Chester city Center (ch1) voice calls … when they work sound like a robot with a harmonica and 4G ….. yeah that old thing because you don’t have 5G yet… is slower than smoke signals. #shitchester

@O2 I’m getting increasing numbers of calls from people overseas saying how I’m one of O2’s best customers, always pay my bills on time etc etc can they interest me in a contract upgrade? I’m not a customer & these calls are becoming seriously annoying. Anything you can do?
