    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

    @O2 @kevp1910 Same nonsense response I'm getting from @easyJet, Kev. On hold for two hours and nobody answering calls. It seems the bigger the company, the worse their customer service is.

    Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

    absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

    @O2 my iPhone says visual voicemail is unavailable, I've tried resetting my network settings, texting STATE to 9011, my bolt on has also been activated. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks :)

    @O2 please help as your call center are not helping. Letter on 30/12 states contract cancelled and final bill within 6 weeks so why did you attempt to take payment on 15/1 causing a bounced direct debit bank charge and you say you didn’t send that original letter?

    @O2 dont understand how im trying to change my dd to 1 day later and being told I will be charged twice next month. Really disappointed I have been with you for 15 years and its stressful knowing I struggle every month becuase you take a dd to early which may I add I never set up
