    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @SarahLudford @O2 Would be good to get a 2G signal in many parts of the country just to be able to make a call and send and receive SMS.

    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...๐Ÿ™„

    Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

    @O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price ยฃ10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

    Neighbour has come round to ask if Iโ€™m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I do need to calm tโ€™**** down but itโ€™s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours Iโ€™ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

    @O2 How? The app has literally been down since 8 this morning so how? It was working for me until then and kicked me@out. Iโ€™ve been trying to get back in ever since and now the tickets are all over the resale sites at a ridiculous price. Disgraceful.

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    @O2 @kevp1910 Same nonsense response I'm getting from @easyJet, Kev. On hold for two hours and nobody answering calls. It seems the bigger the company, the worse their customer service is.

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    Question for @O2 : how can I be on your Ultimate package in central London and still have literally no usable data? The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. Iโ€™ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal

    @o2 anyway you can find out why your 4G & 5G signal in the RG45 area has gone from bad to shockingly bad in the last few weeks? Buffering is becoming a joke - I can make a cup of tea by the time anything loads!!
