    @O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

    absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

    Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

    Given that virgin mobile use @EE's network and tesco use @O2's, it's not really fair to compare them to the other 4 for coverage #Watchdog @BBCWatchdog

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

    @O2 recently upgraded and was persuaded to take out contract over 36 months when I originally wanted it over 24. Told I could easily make extra payments off my device plan. I've tried to do this via app, but told I need to ring customer service? Surely this isn't the only way?!

    @O2 Believe me, I've been trying since 6pm! Now I've spoken to 4 people and none could help! I'm more disappointed than mad at this point. 😓 I've had enough now. Decided to simplify things and leave O2 entirely. Just requested my PAC code via text. It was good while it lasted xox

    @O2 and @virginmedia I'm already an O2 customer and with Virgin Broadband, how does one go about doing this Volt business? 👀 Tried doing it via the My O2 app but just takes you on a continual loop through "Are you with both? Go to My O2" "Oh good, you're with both go to my O2"
