Neighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.

@O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

@O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...🙄

Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

Internet is messing me around. Not sure if its wifi @virginmedia or phone company @O2. It can take up to 3 days to get any notifications HELP PLEASE.

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 Day 54 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I've been waiting for my issue from your technical team to be fixed as I cant get verification codes from whatsapp to login. Transferred my number to O2. Why does my case get reassigned to further dates. Its been 1 month. Does the technical team take a month to fix the issue?

@O2 2/2 but because it’s not working on O2 yet, I imagine that’ll delay the port back to EE. The initial port to O2 was completed on 4th jan, then failed that night.
