-
James West (@ejwwest) reported from Eastleigh, England@SarahLudford @O2 Would be good to get a 2G signal in many parts of the country just to be able to make a call and send and receive SMS.
-
Tom Nichol-Rawlings (@Tom_NRawlings) reported from Locks Heath, England@O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)
-

Ajay Parekh (@ajayparekh68) reported from Portsmouth, England@O2 absolutely absurd and disgraceful customer service. A small £15 debt becomes £41 in two months which now I cannot even pay through debt collection.
-
Dom (@Futuresailorr_) reported from Winchester, EnglandThe reasoning @O2 gives that the internet sucks at my home is "the network gets busy sometimes". How tf is that an excuse???
-
Pete K. 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇩🇪 (@petekitching) reported from Fareham, England@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.
-
Charlotte Oake (@CharlieOake) reported from Fareham, England@O2 I have been into my local branch who have looked into this and was told ‘it does seem a bit much... you just need to pay’. Very unhelpful customer service im afraid to say

-
Peter 🇺🇦 (@rushworth_peter) reported from Wallington, England@O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works
-
Becci (@B3Cx_) reported from Portsmouth, England@ethan_winter @O2 I pay £60 a month and can never use any of my data either🙃🙃🙃🙃

Gina Hough (@hough_and_stuff) reported from New Alresford, EnglandNeighbour has come round to ask if I’m ok having overheard my latest phone conversation with #Sky. 😂 I do need to calm t’**** down but it’s hard after a week without internet. First time in two hours I’ve accessed 3G from @O2 either as the signal strength in Alresford is zilch.
-
Nikki Brown (@nikkibrown63) reported from Romsey, England@O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.
-
Detainment Dave (@DavidPalman) reported from Southampton, England@O2 @kevp1910 Same nonsense response I'm getting from @easyJet, Kev. On hold for two hours and nobody answering calls. It seems the bigger the company, the worse their customer service is.

-
XRP-No1 (@no1_xrp) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The question is why have you stuck with them 15 years if the service is so bad?
-
Chris (@BennyBlanco22) reportedWhats happened to the signal on fones in this country? Its shocking now isnt it ? @O2 @apple whats happened? #Signal
-
Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.
-
John Rowley (@JohnRow06854162) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because we are so awful at new things. All we do is mend, repair and keep things the same , we are very ****.
-
Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 I struggle to accept that you don't know about this issue already. It's been over a week now. I moved to O2 from 3, because I thought your service was better. I'm quickly finding out, sadly, it's no different.
-
These days (@_junal) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution
-
I can't remember most the time. (@DavidCo73785574) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@Mally_DB @O2 It's ****** and they don't know how to fix it. I'm going ombudsman now
-
Winston (@WiggilyWiggles) reported@Ofcom I had a scam call from “@O2 ”. The scammer knew everything I had just discussed with a real o2 rep I had just had a conversation with. I raised a complaint with o2 stating there must be a data leak or o2 employees acting as scammers. 3 years ago - nothing. What can be done
