    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 @O2 It has been 28 days since I reported fraud. Still heard nothing from the fraud team. O2 disconnected my phone even though I was assured this wouldn't happen. Logged a complaint and surprise surprise heard nothing from them either. Can't wait to leave O2.

    @O2 @Terryblyth1 Shocking O2 service, when you eventually speak to an advisor, on 202 before you can say the problem, your placed on hold, no warning - it’s clearly the new standard practice I can only assume now they work from home they can get on with household chores,
