@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 Just waited 40 minutes on hold, finally got through. They have been emailing an account which I don't have access to. Its an o2 email and there's no way to check it. They have been waiting for me to accept the quote so I've just done that on the phone now. Thanks for your help

When you send your phone off to @O2 recycle and even though I have a receipt to say I’ve sent it they won’t do anything as theyre saying they haven’t received it and nothing they can do!!! What ******** that’s £390 that I’m owned!!!!! 🤬
