@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 What happens exactly when you try to use your services? - When I try and ring a number (0300) one, it gives like a "busy" signal, I've tried several times including your 0344 helpline, same result. When I dial a normal number, it seems to be working. 1/
