    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Jodie - I’m the same, I’m done with @O2 (been with them 12 years, won’t be renewing) - you’ll get a message saying check their network coverage, when you do it will say excellent coverage blah blah, my phone forever says 4G yet won’t load scrap all, same with the standard signal.

    @O2 It's not the SIM card. I've tried an o2 PAYG SIM and had exactly the same. I get normal service in patches, so right now it's fine. If I go 1/2 a mile up the road, it's gone.

    @O2 Your customer service is TERRIBLE! On hold for over one hour today (gave up) Virtual assistants, no humans? No email address to lodge query/complaint. All this for mopping up your mistake! Your competitors can’t be this bad? You may be losing a customer of many years
