    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    @O2 I’ve done that several times, I have no signal or my mom or sister who live within 2 miles, my son and dad on EE never have issues…in some places we have emergency calls only! Disgraceful

    @O2 my son relies on his phone for business, he has no signal again and cannot even text. On Tuesday there automated reply was should be back to normal by 8pm Sat. Be warned about this awful contract breaking network. He cant even text or call them as no signal

    @O2 I have a problem. I have an account I am unable to cancel. I no longer have access to the phone number (no sim) or the account (sends a text to confirm it's me to the phone number I can't access) and so the loop of anxiety and dread continues. Can someone help me? Please?

    @O2 @themichaelowen It would be nice if I actually get to use what I pay for monthly. Service is unusable, on a regular basis I can't make phone calls, send texts or use my data because of the woeful signal. At least once a month a mast by me is down. I'm sure though o2 will take out the full amount
