@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

@O2 absolutely absurd and disgraceful customer service. A small £15 debt becomes £41 in two months which now I cannot even pay through debt collection.

Really feeling neglected by @O2. Shame to see their customer service drop to such poor levels - no responses to legitimate questions, no explanations for technical issues - disappointing at best

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)

@O2 Hi @O2 It has now been 8 weeks since I first reported this as a problem. Still nothing has been done. You're not providing the service I'm paying for. Multiple parts of central Reading have no data connectivity on 4G or 5G, even though I have full signal. Please can you fix it?

I don’t know what more to do with @O2 and their Star Trader. They should’ve paid me two weeks ago. The payment never came through. All they do is pass my message over to the relevant team, and then you don’t hear anything. You DM them in the morning, and just get a message

@O2 What is going on in Exeter and Exmouth? There's no 4g signal in either place and I know that lots of O2 customers have been complaining recently. It's always been bad at my postcode (no signal at all to the extent that I have to use my landline) but in the middle.. 1/2

@KerryHu34626515 @O2 They have no signal anywhere, the mat thing is an excuse. They're deliberately throttling their signal to push people to 5g
