  • Tom_NRawlings

Really feeling neglected by @O2. Shame to see their customer service drop to such poor levels - no responses to legitimate questions, no explanations for technical issues - disappointing at best

@O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

    Pete K. 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇩🇪 (@petekitching) reported from Fareham, England

@O2 Just been to store to upgrade 2 phones. Given price £10 a month each dearer than competitor. Not willing to match. How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

  • sameoldSm
    Sam (@sameoldSm) reported

@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 How do you honestly expect him to get quick ball when it’s not available due to poor clear outs? This JVP thing is just a brainless hate bandwagon. Mitchell has been no quicker for England when he’s started this year.

  • daviddunninguk
    DavidDunninguk (@daviddunninguk) reported

From recent journeys stretching from Edinburgh to Hastings it is clear the @O2 problem is not just in #york The signal strength and reliability is at an all time low. The company is gaslighting customers and I for one have had enough. Switching providers asap.

    NigeH64 (@nige_h64) reported

@Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?

  • Colezinhoo
    Colezinho (@Colezinhoo) reported

@EnglandRugby @O2 Just horrible Why are we not giving opportunities

  • steadexperience
    steadexperience (@steadexperience) reported

@O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

  • Velo_Rugby
    Velobet Rugby (@Velo_Rugby) reported

@EnglandRugby @O2 Predicting the score isn’t the issue. England finding a backline that can cross the gainline is.
