    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    @O2 are you aware that the login on your website is completely broken? After submitting username and password I get asked for a security code which comes to my phone but the page has no box to enter it. Tried on Chrome and Edge with same results.

    @ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I've never heard of that. Their agreement will be with o2 only. All companies use one of either Vodafone, EE, O2 or 3. ( I think). For example BT and Plusnet use EE. Best checking with sky though...

    @O2 please help , received invoice reminder for sim account I have never set up , used or received , can’t verify my account over the phone as haven’t received email verification o2 said they have sent me! Spoke to completely unhelpful Rehan at 02 who can’t help. 😩😩
