I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?
