@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 How? The app has literally been down since 8 this morning so how? It was working for me until then and kicked me@out. I’ve been trying to get back in ever since and now the tickets are all over the resale sites at a ridiculous price. Disgraceful.

@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 absolutely absurd and disgraceful customer service. A small £15 debt becomes £41 in two months which now I cannot even pay through debt collection.

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 I was charged for using my data yesterday at full price, but I have O2TRAVEL enabled, so shouldn't it have charged me £4.99 per day, not 45 for my usage? Not a problem I want to have while in Sri Lanka on holiday!

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 What is the matter with you woman. It’s not up to the EU, it’s a decision taken by the network operators. If anything the U.K. government could do as Europe has done & make roaming charges illegal. The option is yours.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 In other news the other service providers are charging roaming fees. Well done.

Brexit is a terrible mistake
(@Brexit_Mistake) reported
@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 1. You had nothing to do with the negotiations and, given your ignorance of most of the issues, your first sentence is likely "A LIE" 2. A nice gesture by O2 and Virgin but, ultimately, it won't happen without the consent of the local EU mobile phone operators
-

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Now let’s stop all the grifting by your ministers and their mates. Oh, and how is the redecorating going? How are you still able to support 7 (?) kids while buying rolls of wallpaper that cost more than my monthly income?

@LutzSchueler @O2 @virginmedia I'm sure this is good news for some but I'm still trying to resolve issues with my account that started beginning Nov 2020. Unresolved tech issue stopped upgrade, dreadful customer service, & still can't get PAC code to leave. Your #customersfirst is a PR joke. #CEO_Bullsh_t

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 The first part of that statement is clearly not true, but let’s not let the truth get in the way of a side swipe at the EU. Yes all credit to those two companies (especially as I’m a Virgin Media customer), but that’s in spite of rather than because of this backward Government.
