    @O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    Utterly sick of @O2 I've had it 1 month into a 24 term and had to reboot phone 16x to clear "O2 Has Turned Off 4G Calling" message/issue sometimes unto 3 times - Wish had researched this ABYSMAL network as fault seems prolific BEWARE PEOPLE - AVOID at ALL costs!!

    @bluegaschris @FrazAnders @O2 Is it about their network lies? Where it says you have 5 bars of 4G+ but in reality the Internet doesn't work at all? And when you check the mast is broken or they are unusually busy.

    Just went into the @o2 shop in Middleton Manchester to sort my phone esim out that was out of date. The lady who helped was amazing who sorted issue out in minutes. This is why I will always stick with o2.

    Compared to the network I got using @EE @O2 have been terrible. Dead spots all over the place, 4G that just lags like crazy and even mobile network outages Regret the move and the 2 year contract

    @O2 Shocking service by o2, should never have left 3. Unless directly next to a mast you just don’t get internet and definitely don’t get 5g.
