@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 I'm on holiday. Mainly use wi-fi at home. Never use my data, text or minutes allowance. I only need data when I am away with no hotel access to internet. Carrying forward allowances should be available.

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 How? The app has literally been down since 8 this morning so how? It was working for me until then and kicked me@out. I’ve been trying to get back in ever since and now the tickets are all over the resale sites at a ridiculous price. Disgraceful.

@O2 Can someone have a look into why I’m struggling to use mobile data whilst I’m out? I have an iPhone 12 5G and struggle to even get past 2 bars on 4G. Ive even had to join Asdas Wi-Fi to send this tweet. Paying nearly £50pm for a 10 year old service.

@O2 If offers only benefit a fraction of your customers then it actually adds to frustration that wouldn’t be there if the offer was readily available or not available to anyone! As an ex Vodafone customer their rewards scheme blows 02s out of the water. The 4G/3G (even) signal awful

@O2 With such a limited timeframe to claim offers it’s madness. I was at a Greggs within 5 mins of them opening yesterday & the offer was already out of stock! 5 mins is a joke & frustrating to the customer who’s wasted time getting there to redeem within the timeframe.
