@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

@O2 Day 104 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Bought the Galaxy 5 Pro watch from @O2 for it to arrive with a different number on the eSim. Set it up but their webchat says you have to go to store fix the number? No point in an online shop if you have to go to store, what if you're not near a store or can't make the hours?🤔
