I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

How to lose a customer of 26 years in one easy lesson. Not good business. Even my insurers will negotiate to keep the good business of an easy customer.

I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope
