@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

@O2 @darklilly1604 App used to work. Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

Called @O2 to report my phone missing and get my IMEI# and was told I'd be called back 'within seconds', wasn't called back and wasn't given my IMEI# so can't claim on my insurance yet. Poor customer service.
