Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

I wasn’t offered the option of a human.After being a customer for 2 decades - it forced me to think of the cheaper alternatives.
