    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

    @O2 @kevp1910 Same nonsense response I'm getting from @easyJet, Kev. On hold for two hours and nobody answering calls. It seems the bigger the company, the worse their customer service is.

    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    @O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

    @O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)

    @SarahLudford @O2 Would be good to get a 2G signal in many parts of the country just to be able to make a call and send and receive SMS.

    Upgrading with @O2 pricing is an absolute joke! 20 year customer counts for nothing. They want to lock you in with an already stupid monthly for 36 months and increase every year on top!!

    @O2 Thankyou. I sent postcode in messenger and as said prior, lots of people within the area have said there has been a massive decline in o2 signal in the last 6wks so something is not right

    My @O2 signal has been so bad for weeks now, hardly get any now it’s shocking, phone and internet signal for over £60 and can’t use it
