@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

@O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...🙄

@O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

I have told @O2 NUMEROUS times to CANCEL my contract. Instead, they change my tariff at a rip off price and have been charging me for almost a year. I have not even used the SIM card because I don’t even live in the UK anymore. @O2 GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

@O2 can’t even give a compensation by lowering the tariff when you complained about network coverage and they can’t do anything about it. They simply happy to carry on taking money for providing a crappy network, 3G in an urban Hammersmith area of London!!! Are we in year 2010?
