    @O2 No. Simply couldn’t beat the deal I got with vodaphone and iPhone 11. Shame as I never had a problem with an upgrade before but the upgrade was more expensive than a new contract.

    @O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

    @O2 It’s everywhere in Portsmouth. I had this exact same problem when I lived here. As soon as I get to Havant, my phone is slow, takes forever to call out to anyone, phone doesn’t ring when people call me, internet is rubbish.

    @O2 I have been into my local branch who have looked into this and was told ‘it does seem a bit much... you just need to pay’. Very unhelpful customer service im afraid to say

    @O2 literally the worst coverage going, get 4G and full bars in Portsmouth area but takes an age to load anything, 4 family phones on this network with same problem, will be moving all of these to another network. I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope

    Trying to cancel a contract with @O2 for a 96 year old totally deaf disabled lady ..... virtually impossible. Took store staff 2 hours !!! (well done them). what a total nightmare and unnecessary worry and expense 😡

    @O2 no phone signal at all in South Wales SA14, a wasted trip to the shops as I couldn’t use Apple Pay! Properly embarrassing to walk out of the shops not being able to pay, and embarrassing that it’s 2021 and you’re still having signal outages 🥴

    @O2 Just to add - I’ve also called your customer service number around 10 times. Each time I am told the new number will show in 24h. Nothing has changed in 3 weeks. I can send you screenshots of every call. I’m a new customer to 02 and the service has been absolutely abysmal.

    Awful service and help from @O2. As a loyal customer from the start, I’ll definitely be leaving ASAP! Promised a call back from management 8days ago and still waiting! Not getting what I pay for each and every month and what’s agreed in contract! @virginmedia
