I’ve been trying to get back in ever since and now the tickets are all over the resale sites at a ridiculous price. Disgraceful.

Now you have to validate you login with virgin which I assume many people have done, it work once, then you trying opening it again and you have to go through the validation process all over again. The worst process ever. Ditch the app. At least Priority works

I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for loyalty definitely not customer service...🙄

I swear they just sell more phones without the bandwidth to cope
