    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    absolutely SHOCKING service from @O2 during my time working in Southampton. Intermittent calls, terrible 4G.. all for a ‘service’ I’m paying EXTORTIONATE amounts for! I need my phone for work purposes and haven’t been able to use it!.. 😡

    @O2 @calipollard You say this but ive now had no phone for 24hrs and ive awaiting for someone to get back to me since yesterday about this issue? I cant make or receive calls and missed an apppointment i had via a phone call today? Can you do the right thing and speak to your customer please?
