    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @MrsRandomKez I've had issues with my @O2 Contract @SamsungUK for a week or so. No notifications then suddenly loads come at once. All connected to WiFi or 5G so no data issues.. very weird.

    Hey @O2 !! How can you just justify charging me £7.20 per MB without notifying me of the charges on my arrival onto the Singapore network - my account is now suspended until I clear the bill but can not receive the pw reset code as my 3G is suspended!!! This is a joke!!!
