@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

@O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

@O2 Hello. I have tried to access chat but all agents busy. Since yesterday, I have had no data on my phone. I have tried to turn phone on and off and it is still not working! Can this be looked into, after all O2 are number 1 for customer service...🙄

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

Just got into Loughborough went to the @o2 Shop and told them about my phone and the sim card needs activating and said i need photo ID yep walked out and said WHAT A LOAD OF **** going to phone the main office when i get back home Loughborough store can go and suck egg's

@O2 your service from your technical staff is shocking! It’s taken me so far 60hrs for O2 to move my number from one O2 plan to another (internally) and still not working!! I can’t make or receive calls but can send SMS and have data!! It seems quicker to port a number into O2!!

@O2 Yes I have requested one but it wont make a difference as my order is apparently stuck at 'create service request' on your system apparently so my new service not active yet on myo2. Been advised it will take 24hrs but im not convinced!
