@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

@O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

@O2 Ok, I'm disappointed you haven't acknowledge by wider point. You still have an issue with some codes not scanning and some codes appearing to have been used previously. It's embarrassing to be told (twice now) that a code I've used for the first time has already been used.

@O2 I've had quite a few problems using the Greggs codes. Never had problems at Nero. Either the code doesn't scan or I'm told it's the wrong code when it clearly isn't (and I'm not going to get into an argument over it. I've also had, twice, "this code has already been used."
