    The @O2 4G signal in the town centre of Bournemouth is truly pathetic! For years it's been awful! I pay so much for it to be so rubbish!

    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    @O2 honestly, all the years I have entered your competitions on o2 priority... the law of averages says I should have won something by now.. but not once since priority launched, have I won anything... so either its a stitch up... or your computer is broken...

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    @AmazonHelp Well they didnt ask for any payment details but when i asked them to confirm my account email they convienently hung up. Im getting two or three a day from different mobile numbers. Maybr @O2 can help.

    @O2 They have just sent a response saying that the photos supplied clearly show a screen showing blue/pink screen damage, which they do not (as shown in video). Is it also true that there is no complaints procedure apart from emailing the o2 recycling address?
