@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Anyone else having data issues with @o2? My signal keeps dropping out randomly, 4G connectivity says it’s at full but majority of my apps take ages to load / or get stuck buffering

@O2 honestly, all the years I have entered your competitions on o2 priority... the law of averages says I should have won something by now.. but not once since priority launched, have I won anything... so either its a stitch up... or your computer is broken...

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

@O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

Part 2 @O2 I can provide a map illustrating all the areas I know of that are horrendous for signal if you like. As I was driving my customer around trying to find signal I past an other driver with is arm stuck out the window trying to do the same….. #technology @BBCNWT

@O2 @virginmedia Yes I need help getting connected not had internet since last Wednesday. Have literally been around the world speaking to Virgin customer service. These people are experts in apologising but when it comes to resolving a fault then they’re absolutely useless. STILL NO INTERNET!!!

So @O2 apparently cannot tell me when my order (Christmas present for my son ordered 9 days ago) will be delivered as they are out of stock. No mention of this of course on their website and no customer service team can assist as 'they don't deal with that item'.....
