    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 this data outage is ridiculous- I know it’s affecting everyone but I feel I’m owed as is everyone else a particular refund to cover service loss - I can’t function out and about personally and even less so in my JOB due to the outage both personal & work O2 connections down!

    I think @EE, @VodafoneUK, @O2 and all the other mobile service providers have done really well from the #lockdown. The data we pay for, we never used it because we used our wifi, yet there was no discount on monthly payments.
