I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@virginmedia I’m am losing the plot with this now. @O2 won’t speak to me. Now charged for the first month of a contract he didn’t ask for. How on earth do you phone to discuss a TV contract with Virgin and end up with a mobile contract with O2. This is an awful way to treat an elderly man!

Making the switch to @EE , picked up a decent SIM only deal for my S21 Ultra. For 3 months I have been asking @O2 to fix a problem with losing voicemail since upgrading, no promised call backs. Tried @EE PAYG to check service, speeds are amazing and no need for Wi-Fi calling!

@O2 absolutely terrible service. I have been waiting over 48hrs to get my number transferred. 2 whole days without a functional phone do you really think that's acceptable especially being a customer for the past 15 years!!

@O2 So there is nothing we can do about it? Is it not a bit concerning in conjunction with the fraudulent credit card use? Can someone call us we are extremely unhappy with the customer service rep we are talking to at the moment.

@O2 please sort out you're network, no matter where I go when I pull up for break l, I have 4g signal but the network is unstable! It happens everywhere I go. Dangerously close to changing network provider because of this!

@O2 Nope it keeps saying that the voucher number is incorrect (The same voucher number that is copied from the priority site using the button) not had problems before
