@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

.@O2 just got a convincing scam call. They sent me 2 text messages - the 1st a security alert and 2nd with a code from O2 UK. They asked for the code and I said it says never to share it, so I didn’t and hung up. But the fact it came through as a genuine O2 UK alert is worrying!

@O2 I really hope so as I also called yesterday. The number switch should of taken minutes I was told , I’ve been very messed around by @O2 and it’s really not acceptable, I will be putting in a complaint about the service.

@O2 another few days without a working mobile because you can’t get any issue sorted. My phone was delivered last Saturday. I haven’t had a working mobile for I’ve a week now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. But I bet you’ll still process my bill without glitch!

@O2 I’ve done this and it tells me a phone mast is not working. I’m patient and all but the phone mast was out of order last time I raised a complaint! This is well over 6mth ago and the signal is getting worse! At this point I’m paying for something that does not serve it’s purpose

@O2 over 8 weeks of my phones cutting out on every call. O2 shop have confirmed you are having network issues but customer services say not. All 4 phones have been checked by apple and are ok. You are not providing a service that I’m paying for! Sort it out!
