@O2 It gets better!! I have an eSIM that has been deactivated and the agent didn't read the memo to say that eSIMs are broken and you can't do anything with them. So my only option is to drive to an O2 store and pick up a new SIM. It could be posted but ofc it won't arrive. cont..

@O2 I RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH THIS USELESS NETWORK!!!! My phone order has been lost and their advisors literally do not move a finger to help me. All I want to do is cancel the order and end this nightmare but neither DPD or O2 is willing to do anything
