@O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

@O2 Struggle continues.Calling O2 to get PAC code. It can only be generated by text to the sim I dnt have!!Transferred from PAYG to Monthly back and forth for 50min then they hang up.Each advisor provides different info, any reasonable request i.e: speak to manager, not possible
