    @O2 I have yes. But the way it was dealt with is unacceptable. A simple text "Hey you missed a payment" would be nice rather than "Were sending debt collectors and disconnecting your devices" would be better. My account has been upstanding for years and then 1/4 payment fail for this

    @O2 shocking “customer service” from your #cardiffqueenst store today. Manager too lazy to even stand while he was telling me I was wrong (while not even checking my account). Contradicting the advice given by your call centre - where do I turn next!?
