@O2 hi. I just want to let you know your network in Northern Ireland is shockingly bad. The last 3-4 weeks I can barely make voice calls never mind search on the internet when I’m in 4g. Are you doing anything to improve it? My contract renewal is due soon and doubt if I stay

@PAULMONK @VOXI_UK You are bang on there. Other networks don’t seem to have the same issues. I travel a lot and to have to pay extra and only be allowed 15 days and still be capped is poor form. Looks like @O2 will be getting a new customer .

@UncannyVal @MoreUtterPiffle @O2 "fair enough" that the loudspeaker doesn't work very well? I'd be expecting close to perfect working order from anything sold as refurbished. It certainly wasn't checked before sale. Take it back! Consumers will get ripped off if we don't demand more.

@O2 For the past two weeks I haven’t been able to get my free Nero coffee. Don’t say “there is limited stock try again the next day” which seems to be your standard reply to everyone that has been asking the same thing. It has never said out of stock before these last 2 weeks.
