    @virginmedia Yes I did that you wasted my time sadly :( tried chat too - just hope I hear from your complaints dept they need to acknowledge how poor the service is/was anyway thank you for replying I couldn’t recommend #virginmobile to anyone after my experience & it’s tainted @o2 too

    @virginmedia Why does that not surprise tbh you’ve lost my business #virginmobile are shockingly poor I will go elsewhere and you’ve lost the chance of @o2 winning it either since you’ve tainted their name too so no #betterconnected from me I’m afraid - really poor service - disappointing

    @O2 The trouble is i was supposed to make the payment on 30th. Which i tried for over 3 hours. Now ive got a letter saying ive not paid.

    @AppleSupport Always a good signal in the past in other areas. Patchy 3g in my village due to @O2 mast. Following latest ios16 update, iPhone 13 only on ‘Edge’ with intermittent flashes of 3g. On #ios signal search on here many are complaining about signal issues.

    @O2 tirelessly trying to contact o2 to make a payment but on day 3 of trying now. Payment line doesnt work. 202 just beeps constantly. No help at all sent from pillar to post with no straight answer.
