@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 would recommend anyone stay away from 02. Piss poor customer service just want to tell you that you’re lying with evidence in front of you. Go back and forth between sales and customer service.

@O2 pressured into a 36mth contract, handset still being paid for but not fit for purpose (overheats, drops calls, straight to voicemail, Wi-Fi signal awful) Complained so many times but no reply! Bring on January 2022 as I will not be an O2 customer!!! Phones don’t last 3yrs

@O2 Mainly In the PH1 area. When on WiFi it, works perfectly. 1 bar of 4 on my iPhone. Restarted numerous times. Various people having issues with it too, in my work with 4G

@O2 really disgusted with the service from o2 recycle! I sent you a perfectly good phone which you had offered me £92 for. You then offered me £0 as it was still on find my friends, fixed that, then you offer £18 as you’ve seemingly cracked the screen! What’s next water damage?
