    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 Oh and the camera won't focus now in modes in which it previously focused. I only bought the bloody thing because of the camera. It's now a very expensive faulty piece of crap. I've only had it just over a year. Not good enough. I want my data back and my camera working again.

    @O2 No it's the old sim that is in my Mum's emergency phone with £25 credit on it that has been invalidated by O2. Shall I give you the phone number by DM so it can be reactivated?

    @O2 currently in London with a 5g capable sim and phone yet only getting 4g! My hubby with same phone can get 5g. Don't know what's happened to my phone help!

    @sarehow @O2 02 4g has got worse and worse in SW over past few years. Plymouth city centre and barbican is non existent. Says 4g but no connection at all. Go mile or so out it works but very slow. South Devon and Cornwall the same. I.have to use my BT wifi in Plymouth.

    @walloppppp @O2 It’s bad everywhere!!! They just tell you anything other than, it not fit for purpose!! If you feel unhappy about the service your getting maybe retweet BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. Let’s get something done
