    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 So I pay for a service from other providers and that's what should cover the lack of reliable service I'm paying 02 ? I pay for a monthly service from 02. I'd be happier if that lack of service was refunded for the unusable period I'm continually having to pay for

    @O2 your customer service has disabled my sim (in the process of getting a new one) meaning I am without network coverage. Yesterday my hot water tank leaked and I had no phone to sort. You service agents keep telling me to wait for the new sim…. Appallingly poor responses! Help

    @O2 Thanks; I just googled "is it normal to block popups" and as far as I can see it absolutely is, so maybe your website shouldn't be using them - particularly in a situation where a user is locked out of their account and has enough problems already.
