Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 Any reason I can't make a call from Japan using my PAYG account? I topped up but every call I make says I have no balance, even to your free customer support numbers. My top up was successful.

Hi, @O2...yet again no signal and stuck on emergency calls only. If you can let me know how long I have on my contract so I can end it and switch network provider, that'd be ******* great 👌👍

@O2 Spent 2 hours and 45 mins on hold today with 3 calls being cut off by O2 agents. I’m trying to clear up a mess that was caused by O2 that is having a severe impact on my credit score. Also no reply to my DM, I will never be using any of your services again.

@O2 02 is sharing k9bile phone masts with Vodafone at the expense of service and customers whilst continuing to bill and charge for a service not provided. 2 masts doenb8n my area for over 6 months upheld by the Ombudsman as generalised network issues and not a breach of contract
