    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Hi @O2 I am a business client and waited in line for about 20 mins to speak to a customer service officer, in a few mins he cut the line and now again back on the phone for 10 mins waiting to speak to an officer. Is this your usual service ?? I can't receive text messages 1/2

    @O2 why is it so ridiculously hard to send texts/data tonight???? Sort it out a week to do ‘maintenance’ is ridiculous. Leaving customers unable to use phones. Hope you’ll at least be knocking something off bills given all the trouble

    @giffgaff @O2 The £7 electricity top up at the Coop has got through but the £8 gas has not reached the meter, for the first time ;( Suspect @O2 outage may have something to do with this too. I have to work out how you "key in the vend code" 🤔😬

    Restarted the phone, did reset of network nothing. I can't do any work with 2FA authorization without receiving pin nos. Tried sending from other phones not receiving. Can send text out but can't receive so how ?? @O2

    Out here #overseas in #Portugal and no #o2 roaming data even AFTER I went to local UK @O2 shop and they checked I had international roaming on my contact before coming out. 5 days voice ✅, txt ✅ but no data 📵. Signal comes up as 3G. @O2
