@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 wouldn’t recommend to anybody! After 5 years of being a customer you’d think they would have the decency to fix the fact that an agent lied and gave me false information just to gain a sale. After hours on hold and numerous calls nobody is willing to fix being mis-sold!!!!

@O2 absolute shambles. O2 algorithms has falsely thought my order was fraud and despite me telling customer service immediately it wasn’t - my phone due to arrive today has been sent back to O2. On top of that, 202 and fraud team can’t do anything about it to fix it. Laughable.

Do not get the Samsung flip!! Many people reporting the same problem with the screen and both @O2 and @SamsungMobile refuse to fix it. In 3month the phone has dropped to the value of £30 🙃

@O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion 😕
