    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @virginmedia @O2 Hello. Virgin money app won’t let me pay my cards today. It says it has something to do with my bank, but my bank is accepting TODAY payments to other cards. There’s no problem with my bank. It’s the virgin app. It looks like you’re having technical issues and outages today

    @O2 appalling customer service today. I rang up to cancel. She goes on about pac code. I said is it cancelled then? She goes no, thank you and hangs up. Someone please call me to cancel my contract. Appalling customer service.

    @sarahmariex @O2 @virginmedia And there is no point Virgin Media resoinding to me on this, because I have them blocked, so won't see their messages. I will NEVER ever have anything to do with VM.
