    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 I ordered a new phone on Monday, I was supposed to receive it on Tuesday. No one from @DPDgroup_news has showed up yet, I called yesterday morning and they said they delivered my parcel TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, never heard from them again

    @O2 What is the problem with the voicemail and contacting you on 202? Can't access voicemail or call 202 as the call gets disconnected straight away. I have voicemails I cannot access. Seems a common problem looking at your website.

    @O2 hi, ever since I changed to o2 in the spring, my signal never works & my internet is never connecting. How do I go about cancelling my contract? It really is getting impossible to use my phone. I never had this bother before with another network. Thanks

    @O2 I have had no signal since last night but your website is saying there aren't any issues. Others in my area are experiencing the same issues so there's obviously an outage that you should be working to fix.
