    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 seriously, your customer service over the last two weeks has been shocking. My partner has had to take hours out of work to chase you. Youre close to lossing 6 customers from our household if you don't step up. I'm not usually 1 to get pissy on twitter, but this is ridiculous

    @O2 I cancel my order and reorders new phone was promise for a different courier only to get the same Dhl Now Over 3 weeks and 5 attempts off them them cancelling my delivery for a different days. I am so disappointed in the service I have received from o2.

    @O2 can somone please get back to me I have no working network can’t make or receive calls or text or use data trying to get help from @O2 is practically impossible I potentially have lost my job due to this and I have no way of finding out this is unacceptable
