    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 They have been useless and completely unempathetic so far. A lass called LeeAnn. She needs to understand the severity of what happened and how the customer had to resolve the very stressful issues himself as O2 customer services were MIA. @Ofcom

    @O2 No online chat available for PAYG! Twitter handle ignores the tweets for help. On calling cust care they are least bothered and try to sell the products! They can’t even get a sim delivered. Bad experience even before starting with O2! I’m done ❌

    @O2 I’ve given up now. I don’t think it’s your staff being slow to respond. Seems like a more technical issue (unless they routinely nap whilst in the middle of a chat?)

    Hmmm, @O2 has a premium number rate checker that doesn't recognise 9017 as a premium rate number despite it showing as a premium rate number on their own bills. Other 90** numbers seem to be service related. Anyone know what 9017 is for?

    Ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 3 weeks ago from O2 outlet and was due to collect it yesterday but still hasn’t arrived. Apple and/or O2 should be compensating anyone who is experiencing supplier issues. Not good enough! @O2

    @O2 Restarting doesn’t work! Network checker says “Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.” N12 7AS. I’m literally at my wits end, it’s been 4 days!😤
