    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @paultownsend81 @O2 I have the same thing, I went into an o2 shop and they confirmed all the masts are at capacity from London down to the south coast. They actually suggested i get an EE sim

    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.

    @O2 Yeah they can’t either and the venue don’t answer their accessibility lines or emails at all which is what is needed and stated in their accessibility info to actually have the chance to get tickets. Awful, but thanks anyway

    2 Saturdays in a row now my @O2 data speeds have been basically non existent despite full Signal bars and it being fine every other day. Network stats say no problems in my area but something is definitely going on here! Looking at leaving them now! #O2 #data #4g
