@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@virginmedia @O2 @British_Airways Yrs as an O2 customer, 3 phones, cant access account. Forced to link to Virgjn. Round & round houses with links via 6 emails. Takes me back to same place. Cant access any bill details. Used to be simple Face ID. I dont want 6 emails each time I try to login. Esp when not work

@O2 My service has been down since 25th August due to a fraud issue. My SIM was reactivated but I’m still stuck on 3G only — no 4G/5G at all. I’ve raised a complaint but nothing has been resolved. I’ve already been without proper service for 12 days. Please sort this out urgently
