I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.

Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

Matt Bunting (@MattBunting) reported@FranBcnMad @O2 They pulled this bullshit with me ever since my bills have been out of control. Over £150 some months but they couldn’t give me a reason why? Moved to sky. Best thing I’ve ever done. Better newer phone and cheaper. Good customer service too!
