    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @grshorwich @O2 I just got standard copy and paste waffle, no actual useful information. Was stood outside the O2 shop in Burnley on Saturday and the 4G was that poor I couldn't even send a photo.

    @O2 simply the worst customer experience. Been trying to give you money for an upgrade since 9.30 am. Every customer touchpoint is broken. Payments, MyO2, update my details, customer service, chat, phone menus - everything!! ******* shambles. Any other networks want my business?

    @O2 I need someone to call me. I’m being charged for a phone I haven’t received. Your call centre is failing me with press 1 for this and 2 for this but none of them are appropriate. Awful service and I’m a new customer.

    @O2 Hi, I’ve just joined O2 and have transferred my number over from my old contract I had, my number has transferred however when I log into my account it’s still showing as the number that came with the sim? Any help on this please.
