    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    I switched to @O2 in September after 10 years with another network and I feel like I just need to say that the data / signal coverage is shockingly bad. Despite showing that I've got 5G, I basically can't use my phone unless I'm connected to wifi. Ever. 😩

    @chloe_selmes @O2 Im having similar problems,due to being away working I missed my bill,Paid at 0610 and called at 0916 yesterday,was told bar lifted and would have services within 24hrs, still nothing
