@Eb_Merc_Boy69 @O2 Lovely guy on the phone / agreeing an 18% a price rise after 12 days is poor. Just take our money elsewhere #simple

@SamsungSupport @Rogers I am so angry with both Samsung and Rogers right now. It's not helping that the SIM I bought from @O2 won't connect to their network.

@O2 Day 105 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 is raising small biz #mobile charges by #RPI plus 3.9%. That’s a whopping 17.3%.Don’t let anyone tell you inflation is only caused by ‘rising energy costs’, supply chain problems et al. Most of it is companies taking advantage for profits. Watch their margins rise.

@O2 I paid for a SIM card and it won't work. Your support team is away for the night. This makes me want to never use your service again.

11 years with @o2 and now it comes to an end. Would like to say they've all been fun. But the present network state is appalling.

So glad @O2 has decided to increase my bill by 13% exactly a month after I switched over to them. Not exactly a good way to keep a new customer. #o2priceincrease #o2

@LutzSchueler Should I be surprised that @O2 CEO office has not responded to me after 11 days? They gave me a 3 working day SLA. I've sent 2 chase up emails as well and nothing. Really bad company.
