@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@Virgin @O2 We told you we didn't want the "free" SIM. You sent it anyway. You've now charged us over £60 and you're not returning calls or resolving this Do I cancel the DD? Am I going to face penalties for missed payments of something we don't want and declined for day one?!

@O2 Hey @O2 I am switching 5 phones from EE to O2, but am starting to suffer Buyer's Remorse. I'm trying to contact Customer Services as I've had no contract sent out, but have been on hold for 25 minutes. EE answer the phone within 30 seconds. Do you have any customer service staff?
