    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    If you are looking for a phone service in Birmingham forget @O2 Appalling coverage. Never any service in Fiveways and Cotteridge. Im paying to carry an expensive rock in my pocket! #o2

    @O2 It’s everywhere I go. I have done numerous network resets, tried several e-sims waited over 48 hours and still I get nothing and it’s been like this for the whole week! I request to leave my contract but they won’t let me. Please look into this.

    @O2 Hi 👋, I had multiple issues with my account that needed resolving but was unable to get the help. It took me just short of an hour by phone, multiple messages on social media, which were all ignored and chat was never available unless I made out I was a new customer

    @O2 I have never known a network that has such a poor customer service. Complaint logged in store 2 weeks ago regarding network issues and not a single response or acknowledgement that my complaint is being dealt with.
