@TomTugendhat @O2 iD Mobile - presently runs on the Three network, but should be on the VodafoneThree network eventually. Website account management is decent and pretty easy to use. I haven't tried the mobile app. The rates, particularly the monthly SIM plans, are very good.

@O2 Hi I have had TEO TICKETS raised to investigate the reason I cannot access my O2 accpunt via the APP. No contact No resolution but still take the money. I ahev been an O2 customer for many years and tbis is tbe worse customer service i have seen. Probably due to Virgin Media

@O2 help, just found that I can no longer log into MyO2 to manage my PAYG phone. I tried signing up again with a different email as I was getting a message that mine wasn’t valid but no joy with that as apparently my dob & postcode don’t match to link my phone to the new account!

Q: does anyone offer a better service than the useless @O2? The app is useless and crashes frequently, the response time between questions is 5-10 minutes. Has anyone found a better company?

@O2 I am trying to make a payment but because of this Virgin media link, that doesn't work, I cannot log into my account and my children's lines have now been restricted. How can I get this sorted, without having to shout the same thing into my phone 50 times?
