@O2 I want releasing from my contract, sick of the bs about antennas not working for over a year, most of the time I have no 3g let alone 4g, I’ll settle the phone cost and you free my number up so I can go elsewhere, if you don’t I will contact the Financial Ombudsman.

@O2 how did I just wait all morning to get into the queue for N-Dubs tickets. Select my tickets and seats, then to be redirected to AXS website and knocked off and now I have no tickets! Seriously sort it out 02!!! One annoyed loyal customer

@_joshchapman98 @NathanJBright @O2 I struggled when the old and new contracts were on the same network, hence an intermediary free PAYG SIM card on a different network (which I had no intention of using apart from porting to and from)

@O2 Never have any signal. Wherever I go. Im in the Gu12 area and when I do its Slow. Meant to be 5G and thats a joke. That's even worse never works. Hence why you are they worst provider in the UK.
