@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 Network checker says “your area may be busy” … I’ve had crap signal for weeks but today has been especially bad, haven’t even been able to send a text! Paying £70+ a month for a phone that is just sitting inside my pocket like a brick doing absolutely nothing is not on.

@O2 Not saying anything more apart from there’s 6 days to go until either the issue gets resolved or I cancel my DD and seeing it’s not looking good for o2 on resolving the signal loss then I will be cancelling the DD due to having only upto 1 bar on signal

@O2 @pricesamuel56 Same for me. I have called today to try and arrange an upgrade but you can’t or won’t match another deal and don’t seem interested in losing a customer. Asked to speak to customer service, put on hold and then hung up on when got through
