    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    @O2 Is there something wrong with your customer services line? Every time I get someone to transfer me to the returns department it immediately goes back to the very start of the automated call. Had this at least a dozen times now over different parts of today.

    @colin_maddocks @O2 Bud, they dont update the usage in real time on the app. The number they gave me doesnt work. I was aware of the MB/£ but not that I was using alot data. It's like having a leak and not knowing about it. Your water company will understand and not charge you for every drop.

    @O2 the mast in my area has been faulty / not working since before the 1st January 2022, signed up for alerts to let me know when you've fixed it and still not working, can I have an update and a rebate on my bill?

    @O2 the worst customer service I have ever received new handset ordered 10 days ago lost by courier I keep being lied to by @O2 whilst they bill me for a product I have not received JUST SEND ME ANOTHER ONE your courier issues are not my problem
