@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

@missboyer88 @Rossi16_ @O2 So what I'm gauging here is that you have an issue with companies offering their employees rewards and special offers only avaliable to staff? Most big companies like O2 do it, BT for example when they gave out codes for their employees to buy PS5s etc

So disappointed with @O2 for todays shambles. Hyped up the whole Peter Kay release, told people the best way to get signed in etc and then flopped massively. Almost 2 hours of trying and still can’t sign in. 😭

@O2 Terrible service, I only swapped to o2 for priority tickets and I have yet to get anything. Either the website crashes or all sold out the minute the sale opens??? Joke . You should have been prepared for this

@O2 is this because you’ve got a partnership with Virgin Media now? been an o2 customer for years and suddenly logged out and unable to use the app when non-customers can have access. Priority is a massive reason I stay with o2. really hoping this is a one off?

Couldn’t have picked the WORST day to go back to @O2 for sure. Nothing on their website is working and getting 504 bad gateway errors all the time. C’mon #O2 #O2UK sort it out guys 🫧
