@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 have the worst coverage of any network provider I’ve had. I’ve literally had no service since I for the new sim. Had to get out that contract within my 14 day grace period ASAP! Back to EE lol

Let me tell you this o2 if you give a loyal customer like me any kind of increase I will cancel my account ASAP. I should pay less.

@WilJamTom @O2 @WilJamTom I’ve been in the centre of Chester today and the poor O2 signal effectively stopped me playing for most of the day. Not acceptable to have such poor service in a city centre.
