@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

Have never known a worse network for signal than @O2....not even getting 4G in a town centre. Got 5G at one point and my message still wouldn't send! I'll be leaving thanks...might be faster via Pigeon.

I contacted @O2 live chat to see if £50 could be added to my account but denial was made of any message being sent to me. Therefore I lodged a complaint. Initially your complaints team also denied a message. After screenshot sent I have been offered £20 credit. Why not £50!

honestly so appalled with @O2 for putting me under more stress at such an emotionally and physically difficult time with my health being so bad by punishing me for their mistake. been a loyal customer for 10ish years with expensive contracts and this is how you’re treated.
