    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    @O2 I went into your MK store today. 1 1/2 hours to buy a phone of which I sat around doing nothing. Not one offer of a coffee or cold drink. Buying a phone is an incredibly mundane boring thing to waste 1 1/2 hours of my life on but a refreshment night help!!

    Whatever you do avoid getting an @O2 contract, customer service is appalling! Sky mobile all the way! Same network but with people that actually answer the phone when you need help.

    Hiya @O2 i just brought a contract online from you & payed my upfront cost + for a plug, however the first attempt of payment was apple pay which apparently declined so i then payed using a different card - however you’ve taken both payments so ive been overcharged - help? 😢

    @O2 Thank you so much for your very important information. I have got Samsung SM-J610FN which was bought for the Tesco Mobile network. But just now I tried to use 3 mobile company's SIM card and it didn't work as the provider told me it's locked up by the recent mobile phone provider

    @O2 just got a call from 0344 809 0222 telling me I can get my o2 bill discounted. Slight issue - o2 are not my providers. Google says this is an o2 number, scam going on?
