@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

@O2 I know how it is supposed to work thanks @O2. I have a 5G sim but hardly even get 4G in the Bognor Regis/Chichester area. I’ve been complaining about it for years and you don’t seem to care about fixing the speed and signal.

@O2 . How can you justify not sending a simple text to let people know that the service is going to be even more sub par than usual. Missed a very important phone call today due to lack of service. Shame on you o2 for shame.

So @O2 have sent have sent me a iPhone for no reason. They are charging me nearly £70 a month for somthing I've never asked for and said they will only stop this massive **** up that they made when I send back their phone and provide proof I sent it. I have a job.
