@O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

@O2 But when I tried to return my iPhone 13 the customer service in South Africa said i have to wait for the fraud department. Well I’ve been waiting for a 2/3 weeks now and I’ve heard nothing and I’m being charged for two phones.

@O2 I want to make a formal complaint about a member of your team. He didn’t know what he was doing when I was trying to upgrade. Then he lied saying he was supervisors after a while, then continued to ask me I was trying to lose someone their job! Great service02.👏🏼NOT!
