@o2 @McDonaldsUK tried to use the mcdonald’s code on the screens and it worked so went through to pay but it didn’t deduct price of the quarter pounder with cheese so cancelled the transaction, tried again and now says my voucher has been redeemed :( help

@DisRightsUK @O2 had the worst experience in o2 mobile store recently as trying to replace broken handset for person with severe disabilities. staff in store were rude, obstructive, and couldn't care less about the plight of disabled person. with whom do I lodge formal complaint?

@O2 your customer service is absolute horrendous. Wasted 1 hour on the phone today trying to solve a problem that you created in the first place and had to give up after being passed from one person to another and then running out of time.
