    Got full 4G signal in Weymouth, but can’t use any data at all….nothing!! Sort it out @O2 … we pay a lot for this lack of service. Same happens in Bournemouth and it’s not just my phone!!

    @O2 o2 you have the most moronic automated phone system going! endless loops and then to told to use Myo2 app. I need to speak to someone that the app can't do, endlessly cut off...........if this carries on will cancel both my accounts early!!!!

    Anyone considering switching to @O2 or @SkyHelpTeam mobile in and around Weymouth … DON’T … the data coverage is continuously abysmal, despite a full 4G signal. Absolute con and waste of money!!!

    The @O2 network has to be the worst ever. Even with a strong 4G signal, you still can’t get any data use!!! Certainly over subscribed. #notfitforpurpose #OFCOM

    @O2 problems with #O2Priority it's putting my location in London. When I'm in Yorkshire, location turned on , reset app logged out still the same any advice? Tried turning WiFi off just use 5g same .

    @O2 not helping me at all via direct DM on here. Reinstated my contract when I never asked them too, can’t find any other means of contact. Stuck in Asia with no means of paying a phone bill that they reinstated when I never asked them too. Ridiculous!

    An absolute joke @O2 I’ve been a customer for 15 years! I have an issue with something, I went into store to resolve - who told me to speak to customer service. After spending over 3.5hours on hold this week & being passed around various departments I still have no resolve!

    @O2 Unexpectedly I received my PAC Code on 05/03/23. Told o2 I didn’t request it. Asked you to protect my number and account in case someone tries to port it to another network to gain full control. O2 told me my account is safe and there is no port request. I believed your staff.

    @O2 I have been a customer for over 20 years and today I find your customer service appalling. I was asked to upgrade my handset 3 weeks ago, I was sent a faulty handset and I returned it 11 days ago. Having now spent 4 hours on phone calls I still don’t have a new device! Awful
