@O2 shame on you I have an iPhone 11 it’s faulty I have insurance but can I get through to the correct department ? You’re kidding me no I can’t I have had insurance for different handsets for about five years and have NEVER made a claim not ONCE I’m so unhappy one year left

@O2 really unhappy with your customer account I would like to close all my accounts and would like information on how to go about paying settlement fee. Really poor service. Constant holds. Differing information and no empathy. Sad really :(
