@O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 Why is the 4G signal in FK2 0DB area so shockingly bad, hardly got a signal even with a 20% signal it takes ages to connect to the internet. The signal used to be amazing up here! Please get it sorted or it may be time for a change of provider.

Not having any luck with telecoms companies currently. Now @O2 have taken three days to swap my number to new SIM, currently have no phone signal at all. Difficult to call customer service when you only have internet and no response to online messaging.

@O2 second day now one of Ur masts aren't working properly, so my internet is not working right....when are you going to get this problem resolved as I'm paying for a service that's not working properly.....do you really take maintenance serious or do you just say maybe later....
